But after seeing gmp you can apply it for listing gain only.

Record Date will be Around Feb End, Settlement completed by March End.

From rhp
-Company distributes ICT products on behalf of brands, hence trading business in short.
-53 brands, up from 45 in 2021. Top 8 brands contribute 82% of rev and also 82% of products volume.
-11% of products comes from china(chinese brands) , up from 6% in 2021 !!
- Some customers Asus,dell,hp,lenovo,logitech,nvidia,schneider, LG, toshiba etc. All these customers are more than 7 years old
-Around 15-20% sales through marketplaces
-Low gross margin industry.
-Company gross margins around 6%, ebitda margins around 2.8% down from 3.6% in 2021 !!
-Company places order few days before delivery and have inventories of around 60 days
-Highly competitive industry hence less margins. Redington,savex as peers
- Products are sold on credit, with 30-60 days reqd for channel partners to pay. 90% of rev comes from products sold on credit.
- 63 warehouses, branches in 50 cities, 630 locations of service centres.

Mostly going 2 applications. My bet on promoters.
No recommendations, decide for yourself after reading above points.
For me understanding business is important, for financials i refer @newgen and other forum members take.

​@Drtajain You just need to have one share of parent company before the record date, which is generally RHP filing date.

There is no minimum amount as such..

To be sure just buy one share when DRHP has been filed, which you will come to know through this forum or news articles on the net..

Can someone pls tell how to apply under sHNI category through ASBA using Axis bank? While selecting the investor type while applying through ASBA only RII Category is being accepted HNI category is not showing

​@MKS IND IPO Just like the rule that minimum 2 lakhs or above is to be bid to make that bid HNI, and with that rule comes another rule keeping in mind HNI networth and surplus (Although nowadays a lot of people bid in HNI which was not the case earlier, this has little relevance, still though), they have to mandatorily bid at a fixed price, usually the upper price band.

Trading in IT products,
High debt company,
Decrease in profits,
Many of the products will now be Make in India in coming period, so margins contraction likely,
Long term visibility very low!

CLEAR NO FOR ME.

Trading company. Dont know whether obsolete inventory written off? It is in risky field of IT products where prices of product keeps on driving due to emergence of new product.
Like Iphone 14 price falls when Iphone 15 hits the market
