True really surprising

How did the revenue and PAT grow 10x in 1 year from 2022 to 2023? Are there no checks for financials in SME? Surprising that Beeline is LM with these numbers...

SME issues are very risky and to believe in GMP, subscription figures and ecpert advice like Mr. D D.is not going to make any difference. Market is supreme in all respect. Any thing is possible to manage. Financials, GMP subscription. Experts are professionals and they have limitations in their profession.
Take the latest example of Oneclick logistics. It was avoid by our expert Mr. D D. GMP was good st about 50%. Subscription superb. Listing was below expectations at 41% but against the expert advice. All these factors need to be understand. According to personal distinct with other sources please take decision. Unless proper knowledge and risk appetite always better to sell on listing, specially the small investors. Oneclick at lower circuit.
Why listed at 41%+ inspite of AVOID by expert. Any business can give return then why not Castor. Personal care must be taken. No pressure on heart. Nothing is precious than ❤️. Money not at all.

So much revenue and profit from castor oil is unbelievable. Most surprising part is that Beeline is LM.

Till December 2021, the Company had leased out the Castor plant - Harij having installed capacity of 450 MT per day to its then Holding Company i.e., M/s. Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited vide lease deed dated 27th October, 2018

The Promoters, 1st leased out this plant to Mangalam Global and Bring SME IPO in NSE SME in 2019.

After some time of IPO, the plant taken back in this company and raising fund for this company. "Mangalam ka kya hoga ab".

I agree I do not know much about this Company Mangalam and therefore wanted to know more from others who have knowledge about this. While scanning NSE Site I found that this Company had hit an all time high of 240 in 2022 may be at FV of 10 before Stock split.

The price around split time was Rs 46 and not Rs 240.... I think I will stay away from this IPO... Nothing to loose here... There will be much more better companies to invest in later on...

Good Eyewash by Auditor & LM. Issuing shares @ ₹ 50/- on upper price band, showing EPS of 30.06/- per shares post bonus impact. Investors per itni kirpa, why at so discounted price😒

The fact is Post Bonus impact EPS would be ₹ 3.69/- per share and post IPO the EPS would be ₹ 2.32/- per share considering March 2023 PAT. The post IPO PE would be around 21.56.

With the projected Debtor holding period, company is targeting for around ₹ 900 - ₹ 1000 crores turnover in FY 2023-24. Many more flags are there. Will wait for other experts opinion on this company.
