Today .. 3 lakh shares pending buy order . Only 1 lakh seller ... And volume traded in pre-open itself is 5 lakh ... Wohhhh

They will probably buy more, taking up the price and then dump everything in one go..

Couldn't sell again due to yes securities. They showed 0 value of shares till 10 AM. And then it was lower circuit. God knows when this LC will open now. It's pretty strong

More than 160,000 shares were bought after LC .. but if those who got allotment won't remove sell orders ...just look at market depth... Normally Operator ki bhi capacity hoti hai 3-4 lakh shares tak buy krne ki ...ab sab hi bechne ki koshish kroge toh na aaj bikega na Kal ! All the best Sellers who think placing pending orders at LC would do any Good .. operator won't come if it's out of his capacity !!

You are right. They had the opportunity to sell at the pre-open and initial UC but didnt. The irony is that the day it comes out of LC, it will probably hit UC and these people will be crying that they sold too low.

In my opinion, those individual investors who have risk taking capacity and appetite in SMEs should hold for the long term. Those who don't should sell at the pre-open. Trying to time SME stocks is best left to operators.

​@MR AGARWAL Please do not mind...you correctly said that one should not place sell order on lower side as it will create pressure on lc.
But either these people may be those investors are already having big lots with good profit or are incurring huge loss due to buy in pre-open on listing day in anticipation of enormous wealth creation. Actually they are saving their remaining profit/capital.

What would be the movement of price tomorrow. Today it's stuck at LC. I got one lot and wanted to sell. Expert Please suggest.

Many people committed same mistake as they did in maxposure & new swan multitech...hype was created for these at big level...now see them today.

The BoA has some mistake.. after 120 lots the next application it is showing is for 657 lots. Where is the data in between? I had applied for more than 120 lots and didn't get allotment. Atleast it should show in the BoA. Where can we complain if we think the allotment has been incorrect?

Sometimes to save newspaper print space, they don't show rows with zero allotments. Check the total number of shares applied for vs the sum of the records they have shown. It is also possible your application was rejected for some reason.

If you want more clarification, you can contact the RTA agent to start with. If they don't provide a satisfactory answer, you can complain to SEBI.

The company owns 61.65% in Cool Caps which is having more than Rs.500 Crs market value. So roughly Rs.300 Crs owned by this company which means Rs.150 per share value of subsidiary only.

If price of coolcap decreases in future then decease in price will not be linear but exponential?

​@Vikajay Price of Cool Caps can either increase or decrease in future. In both cases, the corresponding change in price of Purv should be linear in the price of Cool Caps. Why would it be exponential ?

Depends on listing price and your risk appetite. However, remember that Purv's holding in Cool Caps, its listed subsidiary, is alone worth around Rs 150/share based on current market price, if my calculation is correct.

Hi members, have applied in retail for 1 each in 3 different dmat and got one lot in one dmat, since I am trying one year got this time first sme ipo, need help, how I can sell partial shares, partial here I mean 800-800 can I sell or 1,600 should be sell in one go? I am bit aware we can sell small quantities in sme but can we sell any other quantities? Additionally shall I hold this for 3-4 trading session or should sell on listing day, please advise. Thanks vinod jee for kind advice, have sold at 255.10 and booked profit of rupees approx 2,94,500. It was my first time with SME IPOs, so sold at the price whatever I got in opening. Thanks much again, happy investing.

After Lc buy.

​@IPONEED Zenith is going to be a multibagger. Getting hammered because of flippers like Mansi etc. You can buy and expect 100% returns in 6 months.

Never buy any sme on preopen or 1st day if discovered price is cross 2.2 times of issue price.historically in 80% this LC happens.so when price come approx 2.2 times then LC open.few are exceptions like ÀPS etc.Zenith is very good company , people will buy when first result will come.so wait..

Its very difficult to predict SME Listing or long term price. Every one has to take his own risk.

LM plays a major role in SME listing and long term target.

In "Purv" IPO, LM is Holani consultants. You can check past performance of Holani by clicking on "Holani Consultants Private Limited (Past IPO Performance)" link provided on this chittorgarh page itself.

I have been a witness to some of Holani's past listings, It lists good, then some upper or lower cercuits, but suddenly after 6 moths or one year, all its shares are ar 2-3-4-5 times of the listing day price, irrespective of fundamentals.
