IVR Prime in spite over subscribed by more than 5% it went below the issue price while purvankara being under subscribed
god should save investors
Dont be in a false impression that IPO's will always listed above the issue price

@ TANUSHREE
@ IPO KING

I think only Purvankara listing figure can resolve your differences. If its above 400, Ipo king will be correct and if its around 280, Tanu will be on the mark. In either case, all boarders will be happy to see an apology message from the one on wrong footings.

regards.

Hi 2 all investors,

This is Kiran. Wellll, i could see many long sentences written about listings of Purvankara. As it is decided that price band is 400 it may or may not stand after listing and thats different consideration. As people applied fo rthis IPO don be afraid as ur money wouldnt be loose. Since an IPO atleast lists with its good will even markets condition is not good. Hence, u can only book bit less profits than expected.

Well, about comparision of this with DLF , DLF is very strong enough during volatile market conditions also.if OMAXE we talk about it listed well but later it has come back. I was not able to sell even after applying for 320 shares+alloted were only 26. So never decide future market as it can be anyways. There are several things to be considered an basics are subscription and goodwill of the company.

Hence, for any more queries refer DALAL STREET book which gives u all clear picture about IPO's and Market outlook.

If somebody wants to invest in Purvankara, wait patiently. Either while listing or after, you would get the same share at a far lesser price than the IPO price..so wait...!

for all those who applied at 525

don't worry . those who applied at 525 the application for them will now be considered at 450 . since the price band has been fixed at 400 so u will get shares @400 and the rest amount will be returned.

What will happen to the applicants who has applied with intial cut off price(525/-)?

Any refund ?

What will be the current price they will collect from all of us on each share if we h've got applied under cut off mode?

ipo king u r mad fellow. u know it was only i who said that dlf will be very good investment and will go higher on listing and is excellent stock to be in almost everyone protfolio. even now so many people ask me shall i buy dlf which shows so much intereset in people for dlf even those who dont know market. see all my comments on dlf before listing i told everyone to apply. regarding purvankara its absolutely a rubbish company . how can u compare purvankara with dlf. purvankara is nothing not even what u call pairon ki dhool of dlf so keep ur mouth shut and the listing will tell you what i mean.

Hi Srinivas,
Don’t be so disappointed!

1. Even u applied @ 525, you will get allotment @ 400 as that’s what the price has been fixed for this issue.

2. I don’t think you will loose more then Rs 10k. If market will remain at this level changes are pretty less that you will loose money in this.

3. Learn from your mistake. Never ever apply blindly in IPOs.

4. Last but not least, you are investing in stock market which is amount highly risky investments. If you don’t want to take this much risk, do not invest in stock market.

Hope this will help!

This is the worst IPO experience i had in recent times.
Not only for me but for sure to all retailers.
I donot know the listing gains but have applied 100 shares@525 per share throgh ICICI direct.com.
Since you have incresed the issue date to aug-8 and reduced the price band from 500-525 to 425-450,kindly refund the amount so that i will use for other IPO or in secondary market.
Kindly donot allot me even a single share.
I beg u r pardon.
Kindly refund my money back.
I donot want your IPO.
I want to quit from it.

even omaxe got a pasting today down from 400 to now 350.
investors have patience.puruvankara is surely going to list badly.
just hold on.should be ATLEAST ok after market improves.
dont sell in panic and incur losses.patience is the key in these difficult times.

Hhi IPO King
Tanushree is right. Face Value/Pricing has direct impact with EPS and PE Ratio - which determines the market value of the price once listed. This is very basic funda for investment.
