saw your post as well as the reply. These stockbrokers are very high on egoes and self confidence that probably they cant tolerate any sort of doubts or skepticism from the part of followers perhaps. they want totality of loyalty.

I know that you are one of the genuine ipo investors and not like the fakes here.

It will be upto the genuine boarderers to save the forum if the experts decide to leave this site. Or have they?

Prudent invetor, KK natarajan, Ravi are continuing their posts and it is good sign. I have followed IPOAalysis also here and he appears to be a promising analyst

Shantiniketan in Whitefield is like a doomed investment. Irfan Razaak himself has told that they are in loss in this project. This should have got completed by April 2008 but till today the project is not complete. It will take another 1.5-2 years to complete.
Lot of promised facilities like the Forum Value Mall has not even been constructed till now. There was supposed to abe a 5 star hotel in the commercial area, till now thereis no sign of any one starting the operation, even the construction is not complete.
There are lot of deviations in the build structure and quality has been compromised. Prestige as a company is not investor friendly. They only have a network of brokers who act a resellers at a high price.
I m not sure with having dissatisfied customers how can they satisfy investors.

I must give a pat on back of the merchant bankers to come up with Ipo at this valuation. If they get suceed in rasing money they will be having the happiest smiles on their face.
fair value of stock is 45 rs.
better to buy Kolte patil or sobha developers from secondary market

The investors in Prestige projects are usually the brokers, employees of Prestige and NRI's (mostly from Gulf). The projects are advertised as sold out completely in few days but you will see several ads for sale every day for years from brokers and others at a higher price, just to mention Shanti Niketan project is one such example in Bangalore.

Mr. Irfan Razack, the MD of Prestige, is one of the prominent people who have plundered huge amounts from Amanat Co-operative Bank, set up to serve the lofty ideal of serving the financial interests of the minority community. The method of plunder was also unique.....its own employees were made to act as borrowers for the sake of records, who in turn channeled their loans obtained thus fradulently, to Prestige. They are now in a quandry since they have been unable to repay those loans!

The minority card has been flagrantly used by the Razack trio. Invest in the IPO of prestige and join the gang of such people!

Prestige is a reputed builder and have built several residential and commercial complexes in Bangalore. They have done a good job in most of the projects but there are some projects where they made money and neglected/ignored the developments after they sold out the project comnpletely. They claim to complete the development of some of the layouts but the reality is the developments are incomplete - no roads, no electricity, no water Look at various discussion forums related to some of the Prestige projects/layouts in Bangalore.

I happen to own a property in one of the properties sold by Prestige - which is completeley neglected for the past 10 years and development is still pending, there are also some cases related to the property (mentioned in the prospectus).

IN 2007 MARKET WAS AT VERY HIGH POINT BUT ALSO WITH HIGH VALUATION.

SO DONT WORRY MARKET WILL NOT FALL AND WILL MAKE NEW HIGH AND IN THIS ENVIRONMENT FOLLOWING STOCK IN WHICH THE HIDDEN STORY PREVAILS WILL GIVE U BETTER RETURN.

ENTERED IN RETAIL BANKING BUSINESS WHERE LARGE SCOPE.
ALSO HAS BROKING BUSINESS.
GOOD WHOLESALE BANKING BUSINESS.
PROMOTERS HAVE GOOD RELATION WITH FIIs.
NO NEED TO TELL MORE WHEN THE FIIs ARE INTERESTED IN COMPANY.

IPO of over prized.
Also developer is not reliable in Bangalore.
Its project Prestige Shantiniketan's Roof top was collasped.
