As per EPFO website - Total 39 employees in Jun 2023 but only 1 employee in the Mar- Apr , My 2023 ?? on an average there were 20-25 employee in the past several years..

The PF deposited for 1 employee for the month of Mar, Apr, May most likely could be on account of Full and Final Settlement of separated employees.
FFS process of resigned employees usually takes more time

A more worrisome observation is that the company has deposited PF of 4 months, Feb, Mar, Apr and May together in Jun-23.
Normally PF is to be deposited next month by 15th for the previous month and a delay most likely signifies cash crunch

So many IPOs Basilic, Ratnaveer, EMS, Jupiter etc. This company is Financially good and may provide return in long run but abhi k liye upar wale me Paisa daalna jyada better h.

One more thing, There will be lots of selling pressure on the listing day of the above IPOs. I do not think that Pramara is going to survive hence, better to buy Pramara after listing.

Fed up with Fedex, very dangerous LM, can't say where this will go on listing. Moksh & Yason really burnt figures of many. Better to search opportunity else where.

Revenue from operations is Rs 50.06.28 cr, a growth of 1.85% over previous year, flattish.

Inventory & Receivables are Rs 42.51 cr v/s Rs 42.37 cr in previous year.
Decent cash flow in last 2 fiscals, poor cash flow in 20-21 could be attributed to pandemic.
Material civil litigation against our Company 8 cases valued at Rs 224.36 lacs, mostly cheque bouncing / non payment of dues cases

Electricity expenses for 22-23 are at Rs 8 lacs v/s Rs 86,000 in 21-22. Factory, of 24000 sq ft in Daman, renwed leased from 15-Aug-22 at rent of Rs 5.23 lacs per month.
Travelling expenses for 22-23 is Rs 16 lacs v/s nil in previous year.
Out of receivables of Rs 16.32 cr, Rs 1.31 cr is outstanding for more than 6 months, as on 31-mar-23. It was Rs 3 cr in 20-21 and Rs 3.24 cr in 21-22
Net block of tangible assets is Rs 7.55 cr of which office premises is Rs 1.77 cr and plant and machinery is Rs 4.75 cr. Rs 3.45 plant & machinery added in 22-23
Capital work in progress of Rs 1.26 cr is constant for last 3 years with no movement, it appears. Is the project is still feasible or is a dead project?
Short term loans and advances include advances to other of Rs 2.41 cr, up from Rs 1.53 cr last year.
Non-current investment includes Rs 56 lacs as investment in partnership firm, future benefits of which are not known
As per EPFO establishment records, Pramara Promotions deposited PF of 23 employees in Jun-22 and for 39 employees in Jun-23. Details of Jul-23 payments to be made in August are not available on website. 83 employees reported as on 31-jul-23
In RHP, Objects of the Issue, company estimates, 23-24 debtors at 90 days, inventory at 149 days and creditors at 50 days. So the cash conversion cycle will be 189 days, making it working capital intensive business.
Based on working capital estimates, company is targeting revenue of Rs 70 cr in 23-24, 40% growth over 22-23.

​@YBPK  if taking average, the calculations match up. But the company is not following the same in their estimates, that's what i tried to highlight.
