Adding all the expenses , the issue expense for this issue could be around 5.5 cr app.
No perfection , just my calculations

Karnika Industries has a PAT of 8cr
And plaza has 7 cr

Even after such a small base of 150 cr
Thus company is unable to deliver growth

But Company has kept some scope on table PE is comfortable at around 22

Can expect medium to bumper listing gains
