@StriKER , great listing I don't know.
But based on the inputs from grey market positive listing is expected. But, again grey market has been wrong several times in the past.
Lets see if the grey market expectations are met or not.

A declining sector that is replaced by AI very rapidly. You may have seen many websites have stopped voice support/cold calls and replaced them with IVRs.

Cheap valuation can be a reason for applying just for the listing gain. But in longterm, it doesn't looks good.

Post issue P/E around 17.6. Peers trading at 20.7 (First source), 17.9 (Eclerx) as of 25 September. Projected sales estimate come at 7511.10 lakhs, around 21 % increase YoY. Price to book value post issue ratio is 2.06. Average ROE of 26.33% in last 3 years. Average EPS of Rs 2.27 in last 3 fiscals is reported. Company is looking at post issue market cap of 41.15. Cash conversion cycle is estimated to hover around 36 days.

Contracts underway with company are good, though number of clients are not increasing with top 5 clients contributing to around 90% of revenues. Okay LM record. Number of outstanding loans is a issue with interest rates in range of 8.25-21%. Lots of delays in EPF, ROC and GST Filing, lack of contingent measures for Income tax litigation, decreasing operating cash flows
