@MRavichandran Sir after seeing and reading your comment just few moments back I think I had also made a right decision to buy Spectrum today already for long term, I also studied about the company read the concall seems the company is with good fundamentals.
I think the issue the price are not moving is due to fact they said they will close there Mobile Export and just focus on HR (which is good) but in balance sheet it will be -264 Cr less but you are right in next results if there HR business booms then it share price also booms.

There is no point of buying at this level or any share after 100% of premium. Earlier it is fine since even after there used to be a good movements even after 100% . But now it is evident that all biggies are dropping the shares looking at the first day volume of the recent IPO's . Only retailers are getting trapped thinking that it will go high. The scenario is

IPO retail allotees will drop shares slowly and those who have purchased for short term gain also will book loss and the price will fall down. This is the reason like smart buyers like Ravichandran etc is not entering in to this

May your hypothesis be true! However in the past it has been seen that with 1.5- 2.5X, it's HNIs and QIB who sells first then retailers. They then reenter after major correction, if company is genuine and good and juice left for future. All the best for this script. My observation only, may not be true.

How can circuit limit for upper band is 5.5x of IPO price?

And lower band is only half of IPO price?

How can exchange allow such manipulation?
