The pertinent quirey is in relation to CLOUD.
Also, it's authorise capital is being raised to 25 Cr. Does it have anything to help it in moving to Mainboard.
Though, as per SEBI guidelines, three years stipulation is there but in recent past many companies have moved to Mainboard much earlier.

I am finding since last 2 years but not getting any source.

Oriana funds won't be available for SBFC Finance and Concord Biotech mainboard IPOs due to date clashes. Refund will be done on 9th Aug and both of these issues will close on 7th/8th Aug.

I Have total 4 lakhs and 3 demat accounts with diffrent pan no.s , should i apply in all 3 lots in oriana power or 3 lots in SBFC finance as gmp diffrence is very less ,where will be chances more ofallotment?

Three Retail applications each in Concord & SBFC and two retail applications in Oriano.

I am new and i have a question
Why has thre company put exactly 1200 lot for retailers. No less no more. I think by this way they eliminate the chances of multiple bids where retailers can apply from 4 different demat account for total 1200 shares. But my qs is why is the company doing so? What will they get by 1 person 1 application strategy? Can senior boarders can clarify. Thanks in advance.

These are SME stocks, in which the minimum bidding amount for retailers is above 1 Lakh, depending on the per-share price. The minimum number of shares [Lot size] typically ranges from 1000, 1200, 2000, 3000, etc.

After listing, the shares can only be traded in their Lot size. Because of that, there may be chances of very low volume trading and large price variations.

Do consider/study the risk factors associated with SMEs before investing.

Went through the RHP thoroughly at college today. Here's some insights that I've gained.

1. The sector that it operates in is under favour of the present government and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. This is the case throughout the world, and especially in our country where multiple schemes exist for solar power projects.

2. Although the financials are consistent, one thing that strikes me was formation of 19 subsidiaries by the company for different projects undertaken.
Expanding on this, the company operates in 2 verticals, and simply put, under the first vertical, the company produces and transfers their solar projects to the customers. However, under the second vertical, the company operates in some what of a partnership with customers (I'm simplifying it greatly here, it's much more complex), and this is where the 19 subsidiaries come into play. From what I can understand while evaluating the balance sheets of the subsidiaries, something does look shady. It gives of a "tax evasion" vibe.
Although I'd like to highlight that all 3 promoters are genuine people and seem to be well experienced (especially the oldest guy out of 3). Also no cases of tax evasion exist on the company, however they have received a notice from the IT department in the past, and they've explicitly mentioned that they are not going to pay the tax on the aforementioned item, which is odd, considering that the tax is only for 1,25,000 rupees, while one of the promoters took home more than 75 lakh as a salary last year (not saying this is bad, they still made around 14cr last year, so this is justified, it's just something I noticed).
4. Margins are consistent at around 9-10% which is good, but it could've been more considering that this sector is highly subsidised by the government, although I'm not complaining, since they source their raw materials from foreign firms, and it's hard for them to get better prices on them without apparent economies of scale. This should, however, improve in the future, in my opinion.

4. Lastly, please don't blindly apply looking at GMP. Although the company and the sector are good, do your due diligence.
Nonetheless, despite all this, I'm applying 2 HNI applications for 3 Lots (since there is a limit of 5 Lakh while applying for IPOs on UPI).

@Amrit Tripathi SPV structure is normal and standard practice in EPC companies. Even L&T and Tata do the same thing. This is kept to minimize the risk of each project within the project and to safeguard the main company.
And no comments on the tax notice as only the company management knows what is the reason. Obviously, they may have taken the advice from tax experts and hence they are confident that this liability is not to be paid. I agree that the margins will improve in future as their RESCO model will have better cashflows and margins with reduced debt in coming years.
