The company is not continuously making profit.There are other big names in this space in Indian market.
Highest Bid Price =Rs 1125(As per different sources)
Diluted EPS=Rs 1.34 for FY 2020-21(As per RHP)
P/E ratio based on highest price and diluted
EPS=1125/1.34=839.55
I think Price band is astronomically overpriced without any solid reason.Any other opinions are welcome.

Thanks for Sharing. In case if you can put some effort, Can you please highlight which parent company needs to buy to be eligible for shareholder quota for above IPOs?
We can list all parent company(if listed) even if no shareholder quota mentioned in DRHP.

Eagerly waited for this IPO but compared to company profit/face Value 1 / price and etc, it’s very high price. Experts please advise. Thank you.

Looking at downward trend of the market, price band will not be as high.
They have to rethink price!!!

Anyone knows international listed peers of Nykaa?
Nykaa valuation is very higher side if share price will be above 1K. as malls and stores are already opening, coming days will not be easy for Nykaa.
New apps Purplle & MyGlamm are also in Similar business with Myntra/Flipkart & Amazon Giants.

Somehow not getting confidence on this Nykaa IPO like Cartrade.
Cartrade had decided to skip becs international listed peers are not actually doing well post listing. Cartrade following the same path.

Only +Plus point is retail 10% but again IPO size is big.

Please help is someone aware on international listed peers.

It seems no IPO in Oct .
Chances are in November and all will be open nearly same date.
