7 applicant applied for 594000 and got rejected by setting and other things.
Around 75% share in retail hand which is negative.
Out of 25 % NII two person have
80% of this which is big positive as small loss will be big for then.
Listing will be interesting.

We have been told only clean applications , with blocked funds reflect in the subscription figures. So how did Lead Managerpulled this majic.

Since 60% cancellations in NII is a huge figure , can this fraud be reported to any of the regulators ???

@sanjeev: it can be done by making multiple applications for HNI and retail with same PAN and then get technical rejection for both...

Basis of allotment is out, check out NII figures, it confirms my suspicion. Almost 60% subscription vanished.

Brother, appreciate your close watch on the allotment numbers. Might be possible that the company will use the amount so saved by duplicate HNI and retail applications in giving support to the share price. They had money, this is for sure and promoters still hold 66% shareholding as appros us holding 1 or 2 lots. So, fall in the share price is a bigger loss for them in comparison to us.

Being a voracious investor in IPO’s. I am just trying to figure out, what should be the future course of action for profitable positions. Just watchful.

Can you share for what purpose? So that we also can get some idea....
To see technical rejections in hni with duplicate retail applications, something like that?

Dear Lokesh, it is long since we exchanged any thoughts, it is alway delightful to go through your posts.

I mentioned this because of your post, and some other gentleman mentioning 2/2 ( 100% allotment. ) Just need to check if there are manipulations of retail cancellations in the last hour.

Overall I am bearish since quite some time and have written this message cautioning Retail investors and new entrants ,

To me financials and business and valuations were looking decent here so i applied even when there was no/negligible gmp....and seeds business can still do better in future also....hopefully if we get good monsoon...other companies like usa seeds also performed well...

@Sanchit Jain &Lokes ji, I have a feeling, it will surprise with good listing. I had all the intention to apply for getting one lot. But changed mind at the last moment seeing subscription much below expectations. All the best to both of you and all others.

Avoiding as of now, may apply 2 retail applications if hni by 4pm going around/above 2.5-3X ....
issue size is bigger here so selling pressure may be there as retailers will be having more shares if hni subscriptions is lesser than retail...company financials and seeds business looks ok .....

@amit: i have applied 1 retail application here even if hni subscriptions are not as expected and took some risk and no one can say about listing will be positive or in discount :)

Skipped this issue. Here chances of allotted were more than 50%.

I apply only those IPOs which are heavily over subscribed.

Perhaps this is the main reason for not getting allotment since last four years. 😊😊

Skipped this. Currently this sector is under pressure.. and company is also just 2 year old. Although good valuation but SMEs are burning..

Company is at good valuation compared to peers don't know why low subscription. Is it because of money blocked in quality,label and global?

Not applying as market conditions are not good and further HNI subscription is not encouraging.

It's risky bet.....market conditions are not favorable even good IPOs are not giving expected returns i.e. listing of Mcon today.......

the sensex on first day of message and last day of message.......just compare....

Good company & Profit.....P/E better than peers company like USA seeds.....DD' s view may apply...ignore web site problem & spelling mistake....I applied with high risk due to low GMP....IPO gurus post your view. Thanks
