Not for or against this IPO since I haven't studies it, but FIR's being registered during an IPO is pure harassment...we must guard against such notorious endeavors and not let them sway our decision making around investing.

Really it is a promising business model and company. I believe we are missing this company.

- Company started in 2020. Business model is simple. Procures used laptops / computers, refurbishes and sells to consumers / corporates.
- have increase sales from 8928 units to 42,043 units in 3 years.
- While business is scaling, business model is not very sound. Company needs to pay for old laptops immediately however once refurbished, sell takes time. in FY 2023, inventory level has jumped from 4 cr to 13 cr (67 days to 187 days). possibly, company is not able to sell all laptops / computers.
- As WC drags cash flow, CFO is consistently poor. Debt has increased from 2 cr to 7.5 cr.
- Company is still in initial stage of setting up business - implementing ERP, developing customer facing platform, developing supplier & corporate platform, setting up proper office premises, brand building etc.
- IPO funds are mainly used for WC and debt repayment - cleaning of last 2-3 years wrongdoings.
- Valuation at 22 p/e is stretched.
- Not much info available on promoter.

if someone wants to do angel capital type funding, can take a shot. else for me, its avoid.
