Withdrawn my applications before ASBA closing assuming huge subscription, got refund. Looking at final figures thinking that my decision is right, let's see where to go from tomorrow's closing

Avoided due to market volatility. Better to sit on cash pile and wait for right time!

Coming at extremely cheap valuations with good financials, so some listing gain is assured, but as per RHP, they will be using funds to shift to a new factory with same capacity (i.e. zero capacity addition). They're at 70-75% capacity currently, and when they relocate to new factory in mid FY'26, it will give the biz no upside. I'm certain the market will price in this lack of visibility on future growth on listing.

Apply for the IPO, but be wary of entering this counter on listing

This is most likely the reason for the LC - lack of visibility on long term revenue & market immediately trying to price it in. Hope people exited successfully.

Can someone please tell how can we be QIB.

I may skip this, subscription is already very high, also there are new 5 IPOs opened today (based on my risk capacity, will go with some of them).

Final Verdict - This is heavily over subscribed in Retail and I cannot go with FF here due to other IPOs closing tomorrow, so not going to block partial funds here with lower chances of allotment.

But company is good, it will also give good listing gains, so if someone has bandwidth, can plan to block some funds here. Thank you!
