can anybody build the case for mundra to shoot up drastically from its present level,i.e vertically upside.

Srinu(msg no.4212) and Mayurijain(msg no.4228) are absolutely correct. The officials of both Intimespectrum Registry and Mundra Port and SEZ are totally insensitive and leacherous money-hungry cheats. These unscrupulous men and women deserve to be flogged in public gaze, and paraded on donkeys with blackened faces. Only then other registry officials will start working properly.

After all the mess created by Intimespectrum fellows in totally mismanaging Mundra Port & SEz refunding balance amounts, it is surprising that they are selected by some other companies as their Registrars for their IPOs? Perhaps Intimespectrum officials and Mundra Port & SEZ officials must be sharing the illgotten booty. Concerned officials of Intimespectrum and Mundra Port & SEZ deserve to be prosecuted for criminal negligence and consequently causing huge loss to innocent applicants of Mundra IPO. Will SEBI initiate necessary criminal action against concerned officials of Intimespectrum as well as Mundra Port and SEZ?

Who ever has not got the refund..
U need to talk to them directly.They are not responding to mails or FAX.
U need to talk to them daily i mean if u talk today u need to followup for the action for what they have taken.I mean u cannot keep waiting idle as they will tell that action is being taken or will be taken but donot keep waiting.U follow up.
They say that ur refund order is posted.U ask the Tracking number so that u can track it.
Secondly they may say that it has been posted to u..u ask to which adress it has been posted and give your adress once again detail and also give your DP details (they may say that ur DP ID is not matching...though u might have given correct.
ULTIMATELY I WOULD SAY KEEP TALKING TO THEM UNTILL U GET KEEP FOLLOWING UP..
