Yes some info i have to dig ... from open platforms and also from brokers... company is sure not farzi..

But then every now and then even sources fail. So risk mgmnt is important and screen price is supreme. Even after havin good info i have sufrd in some sme

-Study Mono pharmacare: DLS export and 2 more firms merged into this company in FY22-23. In current FY, revenue and profits of full year will be visible in results... Due to that high growth dikhega iss year!!

-3 mergers done: acquired Amc, Supal and DLS export

-1.76cr shares... Fy23 profit=1.25cr
Pe approx=40
But catch here is shares were alloted for merging other firms of the promotor. But the profit does not capture full year's data of the merged firms. Better to check FY24 PE which will significantly come down:
1. DLS export is a better margin business than the old distribution business
2. Annualized earnings of the merged firms.

-I see something similar happening in Vinsys. The merger/subsidiary it did will show revenues for the full year this FY. But last FY it was not for the entire year.

As result high YOY growth in topline and bottomline.

Shelter Pharma has risen 5% today, expecting good listing for Mono Pharma..

Shelter again up 5% today so Monopharm also shud be up tomorrow. Holding the allotted lot..

here subscription was 8 times in HNI , so if you apply 8 lot then u will be allotted 1 lot, if u apply 16 lots then u will be allotted 2 lots and so on....
if u apply from 2 lot to 7 lot, then based on lottery, 1 lot will be allotted and if u apply between 9 to 15 lots, then 1 lot surely will be allotted and based on lottery, some people will be allotted 2 lots in this range....and so on

AXIS Bank ASBA has introduced a new check box - pertaining to declaration that PAN belong to me and I will be responsible for wrong information and not bank.
So 01 Sep and 3 rd party gone....
But unlike SBI, AXIS is allowing applications to pass through.

Cmpny ko thoda padhna padega... its legit co... its one of the big distrbtrs for all leading pharma company... so its clear company farzi nahi hai... and kaam genuine big pharma k sath hai... ye sab combnd with gmp cnfdnce deta hai

This is going to give good listing gains. Money is where none wants to be. Easy allotment and easy money!!!

Fy24 results are going to be very exceptional because of consolidated numbers of DLS export for full year as well as the other merged firms. The topline and bottom line growth in Fy24 would be huge which will make the forward PE cheap!!!

can someone tell us what is the GMP
