Dear All,
More on my particular situtation. I managed to get an email confirmation from KARVY, that they have indeed made an ECS refund to my ICICI AC on the 20th of Feb for the EMMAR MGH IPF. Not to mention that the said ECS is not refelcting on the ICICI bank details. So now i have to pursue the case with ICICI TO identify where is the money being held up.

I wonder if any of you are in a similar situation.
Whatever the outcome , one thing is for sure it has been one large haraowing experience and i would never invest again through ICICI and especially never in emmar mgf.

IT IS A SURPRISE THAT REFUND IS NOT CREDITED THOUGH MSG IN KARVY SAYS REFUND IS SENT THRU ECS...

IS IT EMMAR OR KARVY OR BANK DELAYING THINGS????

I Checked the status of my EMMAR IPO refund on the Karvy website
http://www.karvy.com/ipoStatus/ as suggested by a fellow member.

The status there shows amount refunded through ECS to my account. On checking of my ICICI BANK details online, Clearly no refund has taken place. I sense a major bungling up here by the company .
I urge fellow members with similar situation to check their refund status and take action by registering a complaint with KARVY and with SEBI.

In this regard i will request you to look into the matter and see why our hard earned money is not returned by the said compane or said Registrar, who ever is responsible for that.
It is really shameful on your part that you don't take an appropirate action that results in the harrasment of thousands of investors. I think you have forgotten your job and your duty towards public.
If there is any technical problem with the company or the IPO, then it is very simple that the investors should be returned their money. However the company and the registrar is saying that they can't return money. It is really disgusting that the organisations like yours are the root cause of all the corruption and other negative aspects of our economy.
It really hurts when we see that in our country a simple issue like this is not solved from so many months. Let me refresh your memmory that the said IPO came in market in fab 01, 2008 to Fab 11, 2008, If you think that it is not enough time for you to decide whether the public should be returned their money, then i am really sorry.
It is really disgusting on the part of BSE/NSE/SEBI (Whoever is responsible for giving permission to such companies)that do not take an appropirate action. The bloody registrars and other concerned person are also mum. I dont understand what is our bloody finance minister doing, why isn't he reacting to innumerable letters, emails and faxes.
It is really shameful on the Indian press and electronic media...who are more interested to show the kareena shaahid break ups, sanjay-manyata tie ups..............SHAME ON YOU BLOODY CHANNELS............How can you people be considered as responsible when you can't really highlight an issue that needs government attention.
I hope if you have a little bit of conscience, then you will definitely look into the matter and see that the hard earned money of thousands of innocent investors do not go to the hands of these bloody crooks like EmarMGF

u can check ur status of money refund on http://www.karvy.com/ipoStatus/ this site. there I got my status that they have send the money on 20th feb might get cheque today or tmrw.

When refund of Emmar will come. my money got stuck in this process

Till now I have not received refund of Rs 12,600, which I had given against IPO ( EMMAR MGF Ltd ). Please return the same at the earliest.

what is the status of refund of emmar mgf land ltd. as the ipo issue is cancelled. when they are going to refund the small investors money. please inquire about the status of the same.

IPO registrars please refund application money with interest immediately by ecs.

Applied through ICICI direct.com vide apllication no. 18210400. please ECS refund in the account immediately.

It seems somene from SEBI has also got a share of the money made from this kind of business. That is the reason he is sleeping,otherwise they should have taken disciplinary action against them.

It seems Emmar and karvy both are big time chor . I think its time for all of us to knock at Sebi doors and ensure a strict action is taken against them. These days these gays are not able to make money the normal business way so they thought lets earn the money ths way. Shame on them.
