Cant understand.. If broker is giving 4000 as cancellation fee, it means that you got allotment in your account.

The broker was anticipating a loss which is more than 4k so he applied his Stop Loss and did not buy the application from you. Am I correct?

BHAI mene 90000 mai S2 mai becha. Application laga di. Fir broker ne call kiya ke application cancel kar do bcz promoter ne broker ko margin dene se mana kar diya.

Ab allotment at to usko muje 90000 dene padte par usne kaha ke application cancel karni hai, kyunki promoter apni juban se mukar gaya hai.

Fir broker bola ke wo hamko each application kuch compensation dega. Ab wo bol raha hai 4500/per application doonga.

Jabki allotment ane pe, muje kam se kam 90,000 ka fayda hota.

Ab ye to cheating ho gayi na. Kam se kam usko 90000/6 time subscription = 15,000 to dena hi chahiye. Nahi to at least 9000/per application.

Aaj agar S2 ka rate 90000 se increase hoker jyada ho jata to wo kya hamse application cancel karwata ?

Sir if sold sub 2 10 application at 80000 then how much we should expect.

Gandhinagar based company manufacturing bright bars & fasteners from scrap metal
Capacity utilisation ranges from 45% to 66%. For bright bars it was 54% compared to 96% in previous year while for fasteners it was 49% compared to 58% in previous year
Revenue from operations has dropped 2% YoY, in line with general slump in steel and metal industry.
Material cost as % of sales has remained constant at 68.5% while othe r expenses have dropped 6%.
Good cash flow from operations which is utilized for high interest payments. In 22-23, interest payments were Rs 17.5 cr against Rs 12.9 cr in previous year. Interest payments increased even though LT and ST borrowing were slightly lower YoY.
Top 10 customers make up 48% of sales while top 10 suppliers provide 71.5% of supplies.
Detailed financials and schedules are provided up to 31-Mar-22. Till Sept-23 company is unable to provide detailed financials with schedules and annexures which is a poor governance and transperancy.
Based on working capital projections, company is targeting revenue of Rs 450 cr in 23-24
As per EPFO records, company deposited PF of 287 employees for Jun-23 and 344 employees for Jun-22. Company disclosed it has 370 employees
As of 31-Mar-23, company had term loans of Rs 141 cr from banks and Rs 16.85 from related parties, KMP and NBFC

Hello friends ye mangalam ipo me sare grey ke saude cancel ker diye hai..
Koe fix rule nahi hai ki aesi situation me kitna compensation milega.
Bas broker ne sabko cancel kerne bol diya hai.
Koe fix compensation ka criteria nahi hai aage se unko kese compensation milta same wese hi wo log distribute kerege.
Jis ki application cancel nahi ho payi unko principal amount ka risk hai.
Conclusion : grey market me aaj kal ipo flood me bahut sare naye brokers aa gaye hai.
Achhe broker bhale 2 pesa kam de par aesi situation me aapke sath end tak khada rehna chahiye.

Why they have cancelled and giving money?
Can you please explain rational behind that?

I've heard that some money will be given as compensation, but not sure how much.

Dear all Brokers / Members (Involved on selling s2 application)

Who so ever sold S2 and asking for cancellation. My question is, what if subject to premium would have gone up Inr200,000...at that time, you / your broker would have asked for cancelling the applications ?

Whatever happened this time is unacceptable but just to co-operate things, you should negotiate with broker for a reasonable compensation or in future no one is bound to fulfill obligations.

*Masti ham bhi kar sakte hai....agar ek proper compensation nahi mila to.

Hope BROKERs understand this thing.
