Profit can be less.. But allotment chance are higher in transteel.. In maitreya chances are very less with higher profit.. so act as per your self decision looking the situation

Hospitals are capex heavy business with years of losses for new hospital as the company is having just one (1) hospital its difficult to gauge the growth prospect of the business. managing single location viz a viz multiple locations hospital business is a different ball game

Bhai taklif kya hai tereko..eyes close krke bus bolna hai kuch bhi..plz read RHP properly..
They take hospital on lease basis so it's not calex business and one new hospital they r planning to launch shortly and for this they r taking fund..
Read carefully and then fund out some genuine negative points..
