Promoters know that the company will post poor result , even then they issue shares at high premium at rs. 247/-. Just open looting. Public are the sufferers. How come people trade in pre listing in grey market without Company having been declared the price....

In grey market everything is possible because grey market players have all information about price and other things. Companies also play a great role in GMP to get response to the issue.
Any type of IPO either SME or main, operators play a great role.

Price of SME IPO’s 1 lot is between 1-1.5L. And in general average is 1.2L.
Based on this, grey activities start!

basically one of the ex Promoter Mr. Jayesh Jain (Resigned from Director in Dec 2022) is exiting fully....
rest other 3 promoters are selling just around 39k shares... (out of 22Lacs+ shares)
and even after 100% ofs the promoter stake still will be 73%+
