My IPO pref this week with reasons (Kindly correct me/ advise me if someone has different view, for larger benefits of the members of the forum):
1. EPACK (only if you are able to sell in GMP, else avoid)
Reasons : Overvalued, but easy to get allotment, sell and apply for assured returns. No open positions

2. NOVA AGRI (small main board IPO, no need to sell in GMP as reasonably priced with good fundamentals & strong financials with consistency in bottomline growth) difficulty to get allotment has made me to keep this on number two.

3. LAWSIKHO SME (applying open with rest of the full force) Good GMP, biggest among the SMEs available, riding the SME IPO boom.

4. KONSTELEC ENGINEERS - (applying open with remaining full force) Good GMP, Good financials and growth prospects, smaller than Lawsikho but bigger than Euphoria Infotech, riding the SME IPO boom.

5. QUALITECH LABS - Niche business segment, consistent growth in top and bottomline, riding the SME boom (negatives are No GMP as of now, slightly overpriced, poor subscription till date), will try to get only one or two open allotments.

6. EUPHORIA INFOTECH : Small size of the IPO makes almost impossible to get an allotment. Financials are average. only silverling is high GMP and SME Boom. As such shortage of funds to make any significant size of application due to shortage of funds.

2. Will apply for Konstelec Engineers - 1 retail
3. Will apply apply for Nova agri - 4-6 retail
4. Will apply apply for Epack- 3-4 retail

For rest I as well as my pocket not interested. 😂😂

These information for now are not available with me, my personal favorite recently have been Kaushalya logistics from fundamentals point of view and long term growth angle. But please do your research before investing.

Nill allotment since last more than 40 SME ipo's.. Which I applied with multiple family applications.. So be prepare yourself for accepting failure & success in the same way.. No doubt that good sme's are doing money double in a very shirt.. But allitment in good sme's are really very very tough.. One can try his luck.. Best of luck to you 🎄

Now that markets are closed on Monday. And hypothetically, if this IPO closes on 23rd (as I have not yet seen this is getting postponed); we can use the funds then for Navo Agritech. As I believe, Navo will get postpone. Any experts view?

@capvirgo There is no lock in period for retailers. If you get allotment then you can sell on listing day..

Liquidity is less generally in SME IPOs, but on listing day you can probably sell with a bit of comfort unless it hits UC or LC..

Nine months ended December 2023:

Nowadays they force compulsory to open guardian demat account if you need minor demat account. Please guide on this.

Wow -- CG is much bigger than what I thought!
I face a problem when with my applications with Prostocks - when I submit the applications with 'Cutoff' selected then in the email that I get from NSE bid application it shows that application bid at "99999" like wise. (Not sure if this is preventing in allotments!, never allotted so far in 15 different applications so far including Mainboard and SME)

Today, all my applications submitted without "cutoff" but entered the max price in the field and submitted.

@WealthyRam Email showing application bid at "99999", This is not a problem, it indicates that the cutoff was selected while applying.
Non-Allotment is normal now adays due to oversubscribtion, I have not received in 30+ applications.

Dear members,

There could be several reasons for non-allotment including oversubscription and wrongly entered demat account number. The best way to find out are:

1. Contact the Registrar and ask them to confirm.

2. Find 1 IPO which has not been fully subscribed in the category and for which you have not received any allotment. In this case, the registrar should be able to provide you with further details.

The eligibility for NRIs to apply for IPOs in India varies from company to company.

Only in a few cases, NRIs are allowed to apply for an IPO as there are complex compliance requirements for NRI investors from the issuing company.

Note:

1. Ask your son to open an account with Robinhood if he doesn't already have it and invest in IPOs in America.

2. While some Indian IPOs show a 300% gain, this technically means less as only a few lucky investors get the allotment.

My question is previously we had opened minor accounts without parent account. Guess this condition is recently added by you.

Does the parent need to have account in Prostocks/or any existing account will do

You need lot of money and best luck (retail category subscribed more than 500 time most time :) )
