If so many negatives, then how come GMP of 34%????

GMP promotor bhi toh chalate hai, they attract retail via gmp. Jitna ata hai retail ka rakh lete hai baki ka underwrite kar lete hai ya khud hi bharwa dete hai.

Asking is too high!
Annualized revenue comes around 4Cr+ , still very less!
But because of very small issue size & Hem’s name, and also can be very easily manipulated on listing, might list positive.

CORRECTION: SORRY, YOU HAVE MENTIONED ABOUT REVENUE, NOT NET PROFIT. THAT'S MY MISTAKE TO UNDERSTAND.

The revenue shown i.e. 68L is of 52 days of working post corporatization!

We should teach lessons to merchant banker that this type of ipo is not acceptable to market then only they will maintain their code of principal whether it is hem or anyone..

For the first time I feel an Avoid candidate from Hem Securities.
Very highly priced IPO, very short history of incorporation as a company.
In short, it is a half cooked food being served by Hem.
Hem is taking it for granted that whatever IPO it brings will be successful. It may succeed due to very small size of IPO but very disappointed after reading review by Dilip Sir.

Avoid also for vedant asset but listing of vedant is nearly double.

gmp - 35%
but according to me it will not list at such a high valuation.
PE of 62
will stay away.
not worthy of long term investment also according to me.

avoid rating by dilip davda sir...

but few hidden pr agents of hem securities

will show u positive points of this ipo...

nd in the end ipo will end up as a huge subscriptions figures...

note-i have no problem with hem securities..

but i m very curious about one point that

i m observing from macfos ipo..

despite so many negative points in ipo of hem securities

few people's create so much hype about ipo's of hem securities...

this is my personal views...

Looking at the past performance of companies for which the LM was Hem securities, this should too go down even at its issue price after listing. I am thinking of avoiding the herd mentality here and skipping this one. All the companies for which HEM was LM proved disaster for those who bought the shares after listing.
I think the lucky ones should sell the shares just at the day of listing.

All Hem issues have huge o/s because of GMP. Or its vice versa>- GMP is there because of high o/s? Is it possible that LM originates & moderates GMP?

* Subscription in HNI can be above 500X only in the name of HEM. However financials are not at all attractive for a newly formed company. Debt/Equity ratio is not in favour.

I checked and found this is a 1 and half decade old company with established brand of labelkraft throughout south India and also went through the previous 3 year’s financial statements of the taken over proprietary concern as shown in the drhp at bse sme site which is impressive and healthy. i dont think hems should be the only reason for applying.
you should check financials, business and management.
hems ka naam dekhke log phas bhi jate hai kabhi kabhi.
baki apki choice.
