The fall was because valuation was very high above 60 PE and in correction overvalued company correct too much.
But on 14th everything recovered as it is so same happened Here.

Above 60 PE investment is risky and people invest based on future potential of company , BLSE is in monopoly segment that's why it command that much of valuation but still at risky level.

if that's what @newgen consultancy sir is referring to would you emphasize the same. Coz the same idealogy comparing it to the DESTROYER OF WEALTH by a few but as far as the previous listings of it goes, they did decent.

Dear seniors please share your views on ireda. Its share price is falling more than what was expected to fall. What would be the reason for it. Since last month the share has LC for 10 days. What would be the ideal resistance point. I missed the profit booking. @newgen consultancy @Basuvr other senior members please share your information about it.

Why on earth does it deserve such high valuations???

IPO was issued at 30..and I remember folks were discussing to exit if it listed over 50...

It actually listed at 60...

You are saying falling more than expected... I think it gave returns way more than expected.

Not only IREDA, IRFC also has fallen from 192 to 124 levels. As they ran too fast within a month’s time, now consolidating and profit booking going on. Technically, IREDAshould take support at123.

The company is a good one with increasing revenues, growing PAT year on year, growth prospective industry. The ipo will be well subscribed only if the rate is priced reasonably, thanks to sebi for tightening ipo funding by nbfcs resulting in artificially inflated ipo subscription.
Chittorgarh.com being one of the leaders in ipo analysis and it's forum also getting strong day by day, companies and Lead managers are watching the message boards, it will surely result in reasonable pricing, I hope. Leaving some room of profit for public.

The role of LM is very limited in mainboard companies unlike sme companies where the ipo size is small and can be manipulated. Here in mainboard the issue size is large and only institutions and qibs can control rates .

Now at 700 cr

Some research is needed that ,
What happened to this company in last 10 yrs
