Can we apply IPO using https://eipo.ipoguide.in/ipolist IPOGUIDE link?

A small SME of fresh issue size about 16 crs. An issue has a lot of craze in investors. The figures of subscription on very first day is very attractive. Shows the full confidence of investors.
Now as far as revenue of last three years is concerned, is satisfactory with comparison to PAT to some extent. But first three months of current year figures are on lower side in comparison to last three years. Whether the company will cope up well to catch the figures is to be seen. As far as the borrowing is concerned, the first quarter of current f y seems to be on very higher side. The issue is to fund the future requirements. No pre or part payment of any borrowings. However, in my opinion, pricing of this issue looks on better side. EPS also seems to be good.
Now go for GMP, who believe, is also on positive. The sector in which company is working seems to be good. All these factors in my opinion may lead to a very aggressive subscription. Allotment as usual to the luckiest and big HNIs. Small investors **to sit on the bank of a River and wait for the waves to come**. May come and touch the foot. Funds available, so to apply only one big HNI first time. Big doesn't mean more than five lots.
Enjoy the end of 2023 with the nearest and the dearest..

Unable to apply 2 lots in retail, how to apply 2 lots.
Please explain process.

In sme ipos, if you apply for more than one lot, then you have to select hni category and then apply since the application money crosses 2 lakhs.

Retail application is limited upto one lot only.. & application with more than one lot is consider as hni.. automatically..

How to apply in HNI category, I am a PNB user.

You will need to apply for 2 or more lots, it will be automatically considered as HNI

Is this issue open for 4 days ? As it is opening on 28th December and closing on 2 January?

Coz perhaps they are considering 1st as holiday

But 1st is not marked holiday. Right??

Is allotment proportional in hni category in SME ? And what is advisable 13 lots in hni or 7 applications of retail. Please do reply

Why has Fy24 Q1 revenue of 9.64cr dropped to 3yr low?

Fy24 pro-rata is ~40cr Vs Fy23 ~60cr revenue, 50% revenue drop?

Why are fy24 H1 financial not provided?

FY23 first of all it's just a three-month calculation...rest are yearly calculations. You cannot aspects yearly in three months...

​@Coolinvestor : Ideally, in some businesses, some quarters are dull while few are upstring. For example, for travel business, currently this is a boom quarter with marriage season ongoing and vacations seasons. So, their Q2 result will be different then their Q3 results. So prorata basis cannot be the most accurate way to calculate yearly revenue for all businesses.

Agreed, but there fluctuations in development projects across all regions. They do not have constant business across the year. Single quarter results cannot depict yearly revenue on pro rata basis accurately, we can consider that only as one parameter., but can that be deciding factor to compare with rest of the years, I dont think so
