MM have more shares (16.7%) than QIB offered shares,

Mostly MM sell shares on Listing day, If this happens shares may be in lower circuit.

Agreed about MM but good company, on listing day may be hammered by MM but definitely will give Rs 30/- Listing day gain. Which is decent if you get the allotment.

its nothing but classic case of cheating...

i think they just bring this ipo for market maker😃😃
