Very good afternoon to all respected Members and Seniors.

I'm not convinced with this IPO but am seeking guidance from our respected seniors.

Iam inclined towards skipping this issue.
2 prominent reasons :

1. The business in itself being cyclical and out of flavour with seasonality issues.
2. The LM track record.

Many experts and other knowledged people keep on enlightening the CG members here to not apply such IPOs or avoid. But still, such IPOs are fully subscribed and hence such issues fly through, promoters are able to make money while ill knowledge people incur loss.

Lot of times, I have concern over SEBI's role in this entire process. They play like just a "Watcher" doing nothing or only a bit to safeguard investors' money.

Also SEBI have very little role in SME IPOs.
Application is not submitted to SEBI, but directly to Exchanges like NSE, BSE.
So for SME IPOs SEBI have no role to play.

@Dhiraj Ramchandani CG members are minisucle of deciding the IPO subscription . Fund houses only play the big role and decide. Although lot of dicsuusions are in CG forum, it is the GMP which decides the fate of the IPO subscription. Finally, share market works on demand and supply.

Not a "hot" sector, but reminds me a bit of Shanti Spintex. Financials similar in some respects (growth rate especially incl showing degrowth in current FY), but better in terms of margin structure. Also coming at a better valuation. Worth studying for moderate listing gains (~25-30%).

LM's track record is one big reason to say "no", still though out of Ahmedabad, connections to Rajkot persists which is why i assume this IPO gets afloat. It won't get a P/E of above 20, if fundamentals prevail, taking into factor the low margins due to trading business, but it will, at least for sometime get sidelined, 12 permanent employees hint something, as well as the issue objectives which itself state that issue expenses are solely to be met by IPO proceeds.

MM's track record offers little optimism, keeping other things constant.
