​@PRAFULLA KOTA because for main board IPO, an application of 67 lots (10L+) or an application of 134 lots are treated as the same hence, no special mention in the BoA. No proportionate allotment.

@Basuvr @IPOFreak  BOA: looks like he has kept cut off as min 4 applications for any category, i haven't received BOA from him yet.

I kept my first target as 180 until Friday, but it may reach on Thursday itself. But 210 is very good target, hopefully it will reach in weeks time.

I can only talk about fundamental and data available and interpretation of it.
Market can be irrational for short period of time and anything can happen.

Honestly as per my opinion it should not hit UC tomorrow.

Tomorrow's UC also 10%, works out to 173.
American markets and our own upcoming RBI policy might play spoilsport for general market mood (eventhough it is a zero net debt company). Otherwise I was expecting another UC, at least intra day. Still not totally ruled out.

7.17 cr is really huge number. It may outperform our expectations.

It seems that all weak hands have sold the shares and now we should hold firmly this share for future gains.

It may give better return as compared to many golden shares like HDFC Bank, TCS, Reliance etc.

If India growth story is intact then there should be very good times for infra companies like JSW Infra.

Qty Traded: 12,79,15,749
Deliverable: 7,46,68,462
% Deliverable: 58.37%

Circuit obviously has a role to play in such high delivery % on listing day, but I take it as a BIG positive that in a 2800 Cr issue, nearly 2000 Cr worth shares got traded, and nearly 1150 Cr worth shares were taken on delivery basis.

No bulk deal can again be positive, as funds could be hungry for more. But didn't have enough room to buy as the stock went up to 150+ in few minutes of a muted listing. That's half the journey from 143 to 157.30. So, they couldn't show fangs of their true intentions.

It shouldn't fall down below listing price and every dip should be bought by institution and maybe retailers too join the bandwagon in regret.
Yes, it shot up really quick and didn't give chance to think and execute any buy order but I am happy with the allotted lots.

What will this effect on jsw tommorow.

1. Why was upper circuit at 10%.
2. Why as soon as upper circuit was hit hit we felt little bit of selling pressure as if people were aware that stock will be brought to that level.3. Don't you think one red candle can shake investor's confidence.
4. Valuation seems bit on higher side now.
5. Capacity expansion has been completed hence we see 2023 good results ( as per management comments). Hence growth will take a pause?

1. Honestly I too don't have clue about it. @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com Kindly enlighten on it.
2. I think weak hands or listing gain allottees pressed exit button at UC. Everybody has different intention and capabilities to hold share so they might have sold at UC.
3. There were many big green candles at beginning and I think those red candles were of intraday traders who entered in this just for today to take trading gain. Those selling at UC might made those two big red candles.
4. When stock is in short supply and there is scarcity and there isn't much companies available from same sector then a bit extra valuation is fine. MFs are not going to buy Adani & JSW has faster growth rate because of low base.
5. Usually growth accelerate after capacity enhancement or post capital expenditure.

The combination of squeezed free float & solid Institution (QIB) works amazingly.
It had only 10% retail quota(which are usually weaker hands and they supply at every price) and it was evident from subscription that QIB has too much interest in it. They made highest subscription in QIB in 2023.
The total free float offered by company was only 11% which is considered lower side.
In nutshell strong demand and short supply make it demanded by everyone at every price.
This only works in short period of time during listing next few weeks.
Once quater performance will be published and anchor share lock-in over then stock price will move as per fundamental.

Almost 2 - 3 rs gap only.. Operator predict this when everyone saying above 150 🤣🤣

Sir - i had put sell order for 800 shares (was allotted 1700 shares) at 145. Couldnt sell anythg since IPO price was 143, what should i do now.

Mujhe tarif se lena dena nahi he par
Agar negative bolne pe me panauti keh rahe ho , To positive bolne pe ghee-shakkar khilana bhi chahiye

I am new on this forum but have already learned a lot and also able to benefit from it. Kostak rates from Suranaji have helped me sell many applications in Grey (Jupiter, EMS, RR Kabel). Views from Newgen and Jethalal helped me retain 1bHNI in RR Kabel which I am exiting slowly (and now will await Q2 results). Also, I got 3 bHNI in JSW and while I had sold 13 out of 15 applications in Grey, I decided to keep all allotted shares for long-term (squared the 2 sold applications @ 143 print so made small profit)

With your analysis, I applied Concord and RR kable, and earned profit, I have less funds so only retail lots I can apply. I regret selling Concord but this time in jsw, I am holding 2 retail lots. Thankyou so much🙏. If possible please suggest some book or article to understand about company financials, how to analyse them.

I learnt about financial and its analysis due to my profession and experience and studying the market. I will tell what you should see in financial of any company.

1. Sales growth: Always look for 15-20% CAGR growth company. Anything which market value the most is growth. This is why smaller companies become multibagger because they grow faster on low base.
2. Margin : It is should be growing and top of its sector. Prefer expanding margin or potential to expand. EBIDTA margin is most important. In FMCG companies look for gross margin and in banking & NBFC NII margin.
3. Balancesheet : Prefer companies with zero debt or debt/equity less than 0.75.
4. Cashflow : It will show you how company is managing blood of the business i.e Cash. You will get idea from it how efficiently business is run. Always look for CFO/EBIDTA more than 60%.
5. Financial ratio : Look for ROE, if it is more than 20% then it is good.

There are few other aspects as well which you will learn with time but above are basics and i will look for good books on this and if i find i will let you know. If you have any questions then you can ask me.
