Yes, Net worth can be high when reserves are low or even not there. Company’s assets are growing, Pat is good.
Company’s share might be going up even when it is unlisted.
Reserves may be down due to any investment like increase in production capacity or raw material etc.

Lower reserves in FY22 is due to bonus Issued out of General Reserves 12 shares for 1 share

In simple words, they manufacture drugs (?generic ones) in bulk on contract and supply to other companies who do labelling and branding. It also supply to poor third world countries. They peer companies mentioned by them are not doing good for long.
