It looks nobody is happy with 1 rs price band change. QIB is still not ready to apply for it. It will get cancelled.

so the figures as quoted above are clear indication that the allocation will be towards the 71 / 72 rate only hence it may be worth to take a call on this issue with bids placed at 71/72 range.

Monitoring of the overall book building tomorrow i.e. 31 Jan post 1pm would be interesting as the last day bids will start flowing around that time.

From the issue sailing through side, looks this will sail thtough, again remember this being PSU, govt would not want a PSU issue devolving 1day ahead of the budget day!

The only positive factor about this issue is that the Employee portion has been subscribed 0.79 times so far and likely to be fully subscribed by end of the day. The Issue may sail through with Govt Institutions support. As of now this is a high risk low reward one in the short term.

It will be good idea to invest in it because of it's management skills and running projects basically related to defence. Management skill is also important because if Management will not handle properly any company will not stablish in market basically in competitive market.

What will happen to this FPO now ? As still the Total subscription is around .49X ?

If i apply at 71 rs , what are the chances for allocation ?

@badayaji, wait and watch LIC's move tomorrow and decide. If LIC doesn't bail out this FPO tomorrow , it will be canceled... a company just can't depend on only land bank for it's price without a business model to stay competitive and also with a sick psu tag..
