i am avoiding this one....

I have applied some retail applications here last moment as per gmp increase and hni subscription increase, in anticipation of game played here....only for some listing gains, if any....

One strange thing is that out of total 3 anchor investors, 2 i.e. Meru Investment and AG Dynamic have the same address in Gurgaon. 🤔

QIB is still no show. Surprising that it is a big zero.

Applying one retail

QIB haath bhi nahi laga raha ab tak. I understand, QIB enter late, but it's already lunch time and we see 0.00; no one absolutely. Strange

Why not a single bid in QIB quota? Is there QIB quota or cancelled?
Is there any problems between promoter & LM/MM/Dealers?

Please share any news or insights asap.

Check after 3 pm, if no significant change, there can be certain assumptions made as to why QIB is absent.

Fundamentals are better than a simple extrapolation in FY'24 would suggest - this is a highly seasonal biz with maximum revenue in Nov to Mar (wedding + festive season), wouldn't be surprised if they end FY'24 at 30-32 Cr+ (25-30% YoY), despite doing only 18.5 Cr in first 9 months, but no definitive info in RHP to determine this.

Margins are also great - 40% FY EBITDA, 24% FY PAT is top notch (improving as they increase manufacturing %, decrease trading %). Cons are high WC req, fact that trading is still 80% of biz and that it's hard to find a PE multiple. Fundamentally a biz with 30% YoY growth, 25% PAT should command a PE multiple in excess of 30 but hard to say.

It may be rewarding for risk takers - or if you hold till FY 24 results

So far I know, M Ravi has done profit booking for a small amount, less than 30% of his holdings in Nirman as he needed some cash urgently. Nirman is still his majority of holdings and he may buy back again...

5 SME IPO will be list on same day, so fund crisis will may happen. This factor also we seen recently for some main board IPO JANA SFB, Capital, Rashi. this is one of the passive risk factor. Check before apply.

Sensex is open on 20th February? Can we successfully apply this ipo on 20th?

You can apply on 17..18..19..Feb.also by netbanking Asba application if your bank allow.. But your Bid will be submitted to Exch on 20 th feb..

I want to clear here .. That you can bid, even if there is bank holiday or Stock market is closed... bid will be submitted on the Exchane when ever it's open..
I regularly apply on every saturday & sunday..(night ) & got alotment several times.. !!
