Very surprising to see fall in GMP although company is spending 2.12 cr for IPO process.
Experts please advise whether we can believe & apply on the basis of gmp or do you think fundamentally, it is safe bet or not.

@sanjay u don't have to call anywhere.... It's all app/site based..... Just like mainboard u can sell in the sme too on zerodha.... No difference w.r.t. sell and buy between mainboard and sme

For a company of this size I feel debt is huge (expensive too) & cash flow or balance sheet don't give me a lot of confidence. The growth between 2020 to 2022 is almost negligible. It's a low margin business too. Issue expenses are high too. Asking valuation is reasonable though. Management Compensation tad high IMO. IPO proceeds goes to fund working capital. Monitor related parties transactions post listing. Overall, considering everything I don't find this very attractive IPO. I WILL SKIP THIS CERTAINLY.

RiteZone avoid IMO. DAPS is 31% issue expenses. Integrated check subscription and then apply. Vital must apply.

I have minor savings account with Indusind Bank Limited., The bank not having the facility to apply the IPO through online banking.
Now my question is,
How to Apply the IPO for Minor account???

GMP started reported in topsharebrokers.. Seeing good GMP for most of the ipos opening in next week. Tough to allocate the funds..

But seriously, GMP is inversely proportional to allotment chances. Every individual has to decide whether they want to play safe or go for glory. Everyone has different limits and targets. We still have a few days, let's see and decide.

Borrowings increasing steadily and 2022 revenues are almost at the level of 2020. At least it does not seem to do a window dressing of its 2022 accounts. Overall, an OK kind of stock, some gains will be there.
