Insolation Energy has become archived. It's half yearly result has come out, but cannot discuss it there.
By way of this message iam requesting you to extend the period before archiving, 1-2 months, is too short a time period. 🙏🏻

Phenomenal scrutiny of companies in profit is done since many benchmark by P/E hence loss making new age companies are best bet.. no P/E and hence clear blue sky when it comes to mad pricing
Two Ks, one closing and other opening are better than this green atleast mid to long term. But, in my opinion take a trade on this green based on subscription fig since only speculation can make such stock prices surge and with loss making , guidance of high growth , new age tech it's got all bells and whistles

I am hesitant to apply. I saw loss making companies are falling like paytm and zomato. Although their business is different.

Just see chart of its parent company, for me it's fully avoid. Bas ye green power ke naam se chal Jaye to baat alag hai. But isme wo power nhi hai.

Surprising. Retailers have lapped up their entire quota on opening day itself. What is the attraction to this IPO? The seemingly low issue price of Rs 65. Or the name similar to Adani Green Energy?

Small Retail portion of only 74 Cr may be the reason

No renewable portfolio can rely upon solar only. Wind complement solar. Beside wind also has usages in rainy season when cloud cover is there
While wind is seasonal - What it means that some season it produces more than other seasons. Does any one mean seasonal means it does not generate wind in that season?

As per management for debt 790 cr .
All fresh issue 370 cr will pay for debt and 1 remaining spv will sell in next month approx 300 cr will also use for repayment loan then final 120 cr debt would be there and from new financial year it would debt free and profit margin would be arround 50% .

Will they be able to sell spv?
As per discussion, many players in this business have already gone bankrupt barring few incl Inox Wind.
So they are eyeing maintenance of eqpt sold by Inox Wind and other unorganised players. Their maintenance period is for long durations.
And last but not least- future of this business in India with alternative sources available for renewable energy.

Doesn't look good to me, hence I am avoiding, Loss making company hence given only 10% to Retail Investors, IPO will sail through because of QIB so there will be selling pressure on listing day

@arunARUN- What happened to DCX on Listing day? Still Share closed above 50% of the listing Price. I couldn't understand your statement

It's very early and irrational to comment on DCX before Monday.

It is difficult to say. Inox not so good. Retailers have started applying, as if nothing is going to retain for them and as it is on the basis of "First Come First Serve". Less than an hour retail portion subscribed 18%.
Even if there will be a little listing gain(not sure) on the basis of today's market conditions, to be seen.
Need to keep patience for time being.

Retail Investors ko bahut bahut dhanyavaad. Pehle Fusion ka fuse Udaaya abb INOX ka. Loss Wali, Jyada Premium lene wali Companies ko sabak sikhana jaroori hai.

Abhi bhi bahut New Retail investors hai Jo Koi bhi Company mein Application lagao. Lagao kaun mana karta hai Aapka paisa aap ki marzi.

Service sector and not any manufacturing. It's like Inox is divesting loss making unit and dumping it else where to become profitable??... Not going to scale...Have not seen any wind turbine in NCR, UP, Bihar and Jharkhand. These days, there is no wind and only smog. Can buy garbage in the name of green energy but not this. Will not apply for listing, short or long. ( Not any suggestion, take your decision as per your capacity and don't blame anyone if it become superhit between people. Remember Tulip was once a precious commodity). Thanks for reading.

Obviously you will not see wind turbines in areas where wind speed is lower.Though Jharkhand surprises me.Maybe there are better wind sites

Go towards hampi, Karnataka to see archeological ruins..but enroute it's flooded with windmills even more than enroute bhuj the border dare I say since the count is changing significantly and all the times highways are filled with blades of windmills .. so yes in a country like ours we are spoilt with choices, wind solar, geothermal , tidal, hydro , biofuel etc but definitely it's scale and conducive policies would make it economical viable and available
Only a country like ours can have locationwise better bigger Singapore and what we do with it , nothing and now on war footing we are funding due to economic and strategic significance

Throw some light on the prospect of the company as company's registered office is near you. I had the same question after your post but no response from you.

Why red opening? Grey price is not too much to cause selling pressure
