Safest Source With Minimal Interest would be a bank loan. (If you are thinking of applying for listing gains) Suppose you borrowed bank loan @12% (hypothetically). Normally some banks dont ask for the interest payment for the first month. for that you''ll have to check from your bank. So, even if you calculate the interest it would be below 1500 for one month. If you apply in various IPO''s during a month with applications from different Accounts. Chances of Allotment are High. And the applications which are rejected you can return the money to the bank. and from the allotted shares. earn the listing gain. Less would be the interest and remaining You''ll have your profit. Usually Big people do this on the last date of the IPO. and in parts So as to incur the lowest Interest days.
Big money always comes with risk. Don''t take hasty decision. Some IPOs might tank you and you will be making losses from both IPOs and borrowed money. Be smart with investment. Good luck.
It is stupid for a small investor to take loan and apply in IPO.Apart from market risk ,what guarantee do you have of firm allotment? Better invest in funds through SIP with your monthly savings.

The question is.. If a person with Rs.30000 income/month wants to Invest In IPO. What would you suggest? It''s easy to say. That apply in SIP Mode or Do a better Investment. But if that person wants to Apply in IPO''s?
I think I am the most suitable person to answer this. Two years ago my salary was exactly 30000 and I started investing. I can''t tell you about loan but yes I can tell you my way of investing which generating at least 10k per month now. Just save for few months and when you will have 30000 in your account start applying for different IPO. My probability of getting allotment was 1 out of every 5. So in a year suppose there would be 30 IPOS you will be allotment in 6 which is good. and here you can earn a decent amount. I would suggest don''t ever let pass a good IPO whether it generate good profit or not. And keep continuous investing your money. Don''t give them rest. Apart from this, I have my own strategy which leads me a good earning now. and Yes don''t lose patience, this is what the most important trait for a successful investor. Happy investing.

I arrange funds in each IPO through Bank OD. It is a very convenient way to get funding for limited period. You are charged interest only for the number of day you use the funds. But the OD which I am using, the financial institute has minimum requirement of salary of 35K.

Loan is best idea I also took loan from tata capital for only and only ipo purpose and after giving installment I am in huge gain But remember use this money only in ipo and ofs only U will get 4% interest from bank also in saving account U will b also in huge gain if use this loan in ipo only like me Pls calculate past 25 IPOs if u apply in all ipo then u r in profit
Never use this money in secondary market if u use then this is very very risky.

Dear Friend, Please don''t get into the vicious circle of loans. It''s very risky. Please don''t hurry. Start saving money on a monthly basis, make a decent corpus and start in applying only in GOOD IPO''s.
You can also mortgage your gold with your local Jewellers for 7 days and they will charges very low interest.

I second the comment of Prangyavit Sahu.
Though I myself arrange funds through Loan but I would recommend you not to go for Loan for investing, since you are still a beginner. I take calculated risk by applying in IPO through Loan funding.
Mr Piyush Kedar, where are you from? Please get some knowledge before you suggest anything. Don''t used statements like Avoid/apply with your meagre and medicore understanding of share market.

Dear Friend, That''s not the way to look at it. If you think that way, no one should touch shares like Eicher, MRF, Bosch etc... Think about it...
I''m pretty sure that this issue will get fully subscribed today. I''m not sure if there''ll be any listing gain but happy that with less competition the possibility of getting the allotment is very high. Would be very happy to have this fundamentally strong with good growth prospects stock for long-term in my portfolio. Hope for the best.
