Hi everybody, cheer up! You will not lose any money on Monday as it is a holiday. The way market is crashing it will be better if there is a market holiday of at least one week, so that people can come out of the shock India bulls power has given them.
I dont argue here with anybody. My logic high fuel price enviornment, power companies will not do good, because in india, cost is not fully passed onto consumers due to government regulations etc.... so profitability will decline. anyway it is the risk one would take in equity investing. Any positive changes in the power sector will be best captured by BHEL/NTPC/Powergrid because those companies are also in the same/related area.
Please note the holiday on monday, the 2nd of November.
In pursuance to clause 2 of Chapter IX of the Bye-Laws and Regulation 2.3.1 of part A Regulations of the Capital Market Segment, the Exchange hereby notifies trading holidays for the calendar year 2009 as below:
15]02-Nov-09.Monday.Gurunanak Jayanti
16]25-Dec-09.Friday.Christmas
17]28-Dec-09.Monday.Moharram (falls twice in 2009)
understand this .. this is logic(this is from buying and keeping for long term)
1. we are already short of power. 2. we need more plants, more water. 3. we also need alternate source of energy/power 4. we cant just rely on petrol/oil as one day it will get exausted but before that it will make a rocket high like(gold)
in such a case only coal/nuclear/solar energy is the source.hence in any ways over a long term this company will make a good make and also reward their investor with good returns.
now i am waiting for your logic on selling the stock.
government will/might be thinking of taking a majority stake in such firm you never know...
on monday we can meet here on the blog to check which direction this stock goes.
Hi rama. Can you guide us and tell us what will and how will we need the ongoing power requirement. Its okay coal prices increases eventually power price will also increase and thus power will cost more. If so then india bull will rise . How can you say that sell this stock.
Exit from indiabulls power is suggested as the project is under geatation period and power sector will not do good in case of high coal energy price enviornment. there are othner good A group stocks available at attractive valuations and one can consider investing in them. Eg. Bharti Airtel, BHEL, NTPC etc. Those of you interested in punting actions, can ride the movement of this stock in both the directions. Rama
3 basic things are the need for a good future of any society, village, city, country.
1. power 2.water 3.transport(infrastructure)
we have to grow up and invest the way how big palyer invest. They purchase part by part and on dips.
I have seen people loosing a lot in intraday. still intraday is a addiction.. and some people still want to play for fast money.
if you think that any stock have good name , parent company is good enough (with good track record like bonus, dividend history), then there is nothing bad to invest in it.
i remeber one example when i lended 2000/- to my panwala as he wanted to purchase something and was short of 2000/-
i knew him so i lended to him.and after one week he paid me back 2100 saying , "sirji thanks for the timely help and here a small token please please accept it i will feel nice"
now that investment with no STT , no brokerage, no analyst.. put it paid 5% in a week.
On fundamentals, issue price of Rs.45 is at some discount to R-Power and much discount to Adani Power. Hence, my opinion is investors can hold for a target of Rs.51.
Investors may argue Adani Power power plant may start operation in 2011 itself whereas Indiabulls Power first power plant coming in 2012. But, investors note that price is reflecting that disparity. Valuation is at discount to Adani Power.
To analyse technically for medium-term, at least one month trading histroy required.
every analyst is fraudy they are work for chor or lutere genral people se kya milega chor or lutere unko jhunt bolne ke millions dete hain. apni buddhi se work karo.anyalist se ulta karna sekho. analyst bole four dayas bad ulta hona chalu
