I got allotment. In refund mode, it has mentioned "PHYSICAL WARRANT". What exactly it is? So far I have been receiving refund through ECS. Can anybody explain this

Probably to maintain privary and secrecy, Bigshare has not published it on their website. At prsent, anybody can give any application number and see the number of shares allotted.

Further, this is not mandatory as per SEBI Guidelines/Act.

What can be done to maintain privacy and secrecy is to have two way access/authentication mechanism, such as Application Number alongwith the date of birth of the applicant, in case of Retail investor.
