- Reasonable topline financials: good growth, great PAT margin expansion (25% in latest quarter).
- 0 GMP - atleast we can get allotment

Negatives
- At a fundamental level, the biz looks predatory. A NIM of 70%+ in 2023 means they are borrowing at say 12% and charging the consumer 85+% interest rate. Having said that, the NIM reduced to 16% in Q1 in '24 which is more sustainable
- Poor sector tailwinds currently
- High PE; can see a stretch case of the biz driving 5 Cr PAT in FY24 at 20 Cr topline, but it is being valued at 25x stretch FY24 earnings. Don't see anything left on the table for listing / short term.

Before applying, please check their reviews on Google Play, the picture will be clear, the most of 5 star reviews seems fake and only added to offset the 1 star reviews granted by real customers. I still think there will be "Khela Hobe" type of listing in this considering fraud nature of the promoters but this is NOT for the serious investors having long term outlook.

There are 10000+ reviews. Even if we consider 10-20% paid/fake reviews, 80% are genuine. They might not be happy abt process/ interest rates etc, but it got business at least. Whether you can turn that business into profit, is up to promoters.

​@smokingkills I never said there's no business and have even mentioned there's possibility of surprise listing. Just posting a note of caution as I'm getting very bad vibe about the company after going through the RHP, it's family owned business and the promoters credentials are not much trustworthy (For e.g. both promoter brothers are getting monthly salary of 5-10 lakhs per month for the early stage business and their dad is getting 2 lakhs). Also the issue is priced exorbitantly compared to the listed peers.

Finally it's your money and your call whether to apply or not.

Why is market maker portion missing from issue details in this one as well as New Swan?
It is an important detail to work out issue size of Retail and HNI.

I think company’s main administrative office is situated at 1st floor, 1001, World Trade Centre, Ring Road, Udhna Darwaja, Surat where I have visited many times and also seen working office with well-equipped staff where proposed investor may verify during business hours

First SME to start with year 2024. The sector in itself is very scary now these days. Specially personal loans below 50,000 .
Financials of this company is very bad. Just see PAT and Revenue. Not convincing at all. Now see the borrowing figures, as good as nothing, down from 640.58 lakhs to only 9.12 lakhs. EPS very poor and pricing at very high level. Daring of the company management.
One of the key developments in 2023 was the RBI applying the brakes on unsecured and small ticket loans. This has been seen as the Central Bank proactively managing the excess growth of small loans before assets quality worsen in this category.
High interest rates and elevated inflation did little to slow down the demand of credit.
In view of above, I am going to AVOID this SME inspite of having funds.
