Need to be very careful now with SME IPOs.

Today's SME listings, particularly Cellecir and Hi-Green have didn't list in accordance with their GMPs. GMP was around 50% but listing was flat. It is advisable now to apply in SMEs only when one is satisfied with their fundamentals & valuation and willing to hold for sometime. One may be disappointed if applying only for listing gains. This is my personal feeling after watching today's abnormal listings.

My suggestion is not to blindly shy away from sme ipos. Recent euphoria and abnormal listing premiums have come to an end and markets will reward according to fundamentals, not just oversubscription or GMP(which all investors are not aware fully). Apply for fundamentally good stocks and we can get profits in mid term and long term. If listing gains are limited, over subscription will also be nominal and allotment would be better. Also better to follow ipo gurus and ipo leaders of this forum who guide correctly.

@ALL - Be careful while applying in SMEs. Dont get fooled by GMP. See listing of Hi Green, Chavda, Cellecor, etc.

​@KhattaMeetha Obviously listed almost 50% discount from the GMPs. So much disastrous listing was not expected.

Cellecor listed at issue price whereas GMP was >50%

For sometime keep away from SMe ipo. Is good think???

What will be the post-issue holding of the promoter? Any estimate?

SME Party over. All SMEs Listing way below than GMP. Apply only after reading financials not just by GMP.
