So, if anyone is interested to apply in shareholder quota then buy 1 Equitas share(CMP 54), as soon as possible. No body can predict the tentative RHP filing date.

Now equitas have to leave something on table (bellow 38 ) as ipo market crashed and those ipo hammering after listing who hesitate to offer cheaper ,

Bank IPOs are good for listing gain. Beside Credit Access Gramin ipo,almost all bank ipo have given handsome listing gain.

Where Equitas bank shares are listed and what's the record date to make one eligible for IPO under shareholder category. Please advise.

Which will be last date for beight SH-Application of IPO.(I bought 1/10 Equitas stock today i.e.-28/09/2020) (01 qty. share of Equitas will be eligible for SH-Holder. I KNOW.)

Waiting for revert for Equitas IPO - SH - Holder IPO Eligibility. Its best way to get IPO Allotment, If SH category if less subscribed compare to RII category.

RHP filing date. RHP not filed yet. The date it will be filed, will be cut off date for shareholder category.

So, I/Who purchased EQUITAS Stock on/Before 01/10/2020. Will be consider for SH Category. i.e. Before RHP date Purchase, there is chane for being CH-Category instead of RII category IPO application.

Yes one can apply both in retail quota and shareholder quota(provided u hold Equitas share 2 days before the record date).

Although Dilip davda sir knowledge is great in this field, most of ipo our experts give "subscribe for long term"ratting.but we see in long term criteria most of ipo will come 50% discount.so I requiest to experts that pls give subscribe or not subscribe or give time duration for all ipo "if possible".. thanks you

Can we apply for more than 2lac in Employee quota ??

Yes, an employee can apply for amount upto 5 Lakh rupees.

If it is over subscribe in share holder quota

Allotment will be

proportionate basis OR lottery?

lottery basis like Sbi card

Proportionate minimum to 1 lot as per drhp.

pricing between 55-60 and lot size around 250-270 shares as primary calculation and subject to change any time

38/39 with 1 rs shareholder discount most likelly....

From February to present, a lot of change in Equitas SB IPO plan. Now they have reduced the size of IPO drastically. Expected price band now Rs. 37-4 2 range only.

Is there any discount for SH and Employee category?

Yes. Pre ipo shares placement was done at 52.60
But banks are already trading at about 25-30% discount to their feb highs..
So if they want the issue to sail through, they must bring the issue at 45-46 rs per share or even less..

Price band would be around 35 Rs.

only ~34000 lots available for SH so I think tough allotment .

36430 lot as per my calculation if price is not change what I expect
