Negative cash flows, negative EBITDA, leverage, 8% gross margins, <2% EBITDA margins...no business moat! Only exciting thing is revenue growth which is frankly meaningless in this kind of a distribution business.

Will see it getting oversubscribed from the sidelines.

@Ashish Khater ji - There are enough other options in various sorts of investment avenues and hence on the sidelines on this and any other that I feel aren't worth it. Never really felt any lack of opportunities but on the contrary have often felt lack of resources for identified opportunities :)
