Got 1 lot, missed another 1 by whisker. I have analyzed the RHP in detail and this will give pleasant surprise listing day gains for the reasons below:-

1. Company have shown excellent CAGR both in terms of sales and profit.
2. ROE and ROCE in excess of 30%.
3. Chairman and MD has done degree from Bombay university. Holds certificate in CRM from IIM, Bangalore and Improving business certificate from Harvard Business school.
4. Its peer 'One point one solution' is trading at PE of more than 50 whereas this company is trading at a P/E 10 based on annualized FY24 numbers.

Note: If it does not much give much listing gains it is definitely a hold for medium/long term.

Final Verdict - Avoiding this IPO, due to lower funds available and more attractive issues already open for subscription. This one do not have any added advantage or any of that sort to skip those two.

In regards to fundamentals, not a bad company, but its fully priced and hardly any room left for listing gains; rather with current sentiments, this can list on discount too. Please DYOD.

​@Shri Bappa: Yes sir, if I am given choice between these 3 IPOs, I will go with Enfuse with more funds and then remaining with KP Green. I mean, as I said, Enser is not bad, but blocking funds here is not feasible for me, maybe better chances of allotment but again, risk to return rewards is not worth here for me.

I can be wrong here, like I was wrong for Royal Sense, look at its listing. But this is the call I have taken as per my analysis :-)

Skipped due to shortage of company business !!

Skipped this - most BPO SME biz are trading at 8-10 PE after market correction including recent listings like HRH and Plada. Too risky at 15 PE, though financials are good.

Applied here....this should go through.

Whether it was right to apply here or not, we will get the enser tomorrow.

780 full time employees, unbelievable. If you put their salary as 20000 per month on average. the outgo per year will be 1872 lakhs which nearly equal to their 22-23 revenue.

​@KGSKIPO The management in reply to that says they have never fired anyone and have low attrition rate. Rationale for same presented by them is "If the said employees were capable in first place to be part of Enseer, why to fire them? Even if the actual work is done by lesser number of employees !!
