if we compare PE valuation its at par with its peers, ipo pricing is on higher side. and kp green valuation is also on higher side

3) New swan at 84 against Listing at 125

We need to be careful in ipo price, PE ratio otherwise tragedy like MVK agro will happen

Other than the LM, nothing fantastic or innovative could be found. But some of the recent ipo like harshdeep managed by hem and inspite of being heavily oversubscribed, is now hovering near issue price. Just want to say that , good LM is absolutely needed, but we must not take an investment decision only for the lead manager.

Recent correction- Many sme ipos managed by hem are trading at below issue rate. We have understood that Hem(or for the matter any other LM) is not God. Nobody can guarantee profits.
