dilip dawdaji saying some data is missing, and might be deliberately not disclosed. and suggesting to avoid this ipo. & no gmp here. so i m avoiding this
Looks like fake GMP is also created to sail the IPO. Their other business in Daman by the name Electroplast is better managed I can say. Hospitality business from the same group is doing better.
Fundamentally, I'm not averse to OFS in IPO's but a 25 cr OFS component out of an 80 cr IPO in such a small company is rather discomforting. 5-10 cr OFS would have been understandable but 25 cr is rather significant. Avoid for me.
Agree fully if the growth is so impressive and could have made it a 90-95% Fresh equity IPO, OFS in a promising SME raises doubts at times....but if GMP stays strong wont be a bad bet, lets see

While I agree with the sentiment, the company is also very profitable (15 Cr PAT on 50 Cr revenue annualized for this year) - so the business itself is generating cash, while being debt free - so there's less new cash requirement for the business itself
15x PAT is quite attractive for a company with this overall growth ('21-'24) and margin structure (30%+ PAT) - the concern for me is to understand what happened in '23 for them to degrow and was it a one-off.
Valid points - however, 80 cr IPO on 217 cr post money M-cap is a roughly 37% dilutions whereas in SME IPO's ideally one doesn't need to do more than 26.25% dilution (OFS+Fresh). Hence when a founder dilutes more via OFS even while the business doesn't need significant capital, at a relatively small scale of the Company, it discomforts me.
@NeoLongus appreciate your view. While I agree the amount of OFS is debatable, I've been taught to look at it differently - there is a certain type of business where founders should be encouraged to take money off the table (high growth, high PAT businesses); this will allow the founder to crucially take more risks and hopefully grow faster since he's also made some money for himself in the process.

I know this company very well as they are a supplier to my company. I will not apply as I don't have any confidence on the management of the company & more so as they are asking for an unrealistic valuation.
