Although growth rate is good but I will now follow DD Sir more strictly after his last 3 superb evaluations and Avoid this one due to high borrowings and most importantly, corporate governance issues related to LM.

what is your view on sah polymer ipo for listing purpose

Debt is 1.5 times its Networth. SME IPO @225 should have some unique business which is not the case here. Seems company wants to encash SME boom sentiment.

Debt is too much with interst rates going up day by day

but in sme we can't decide by that ipo is good or not

if SOME GROUP OF PEOPLE wish then sme ipo performs well ,without thinking of anything...

In sme ipo's, go with the wind. nothing else matters.

First feel after a brief look at company details.... Unimpressive
Looking at the valuation demanded.... dismayed
Looking at OFS in SME......wth
Avoid for me unless the only factor left ...GMP breaks the roof.... Evenif GMP does impress.... then moxsh factor may affect decision....
So till now not applying.....
Not an expert so not recommending anything though....
