Oversubscription on day 1 by nii May be a trap. It is our hard and money invest carefully. I am not ready at all to buy at 20 having FV of only rupees 1.
AVoiD it is a void

Total 118 Applications received by exchange till 1 PM.

Hardly any additional application from HNI on day 2. Is the 1st day figure is to lure the RIIs?

Nearly 12.50.Lakh shares already applied for......That's 23% and it's still day 1. Seems will easily cross full subscription hurdle...

Issue already oversubscribed by 1.71 times on Day 1..... Talk of negative GMP and FV 1....
Be rest assured this will give positive returns on listing....

After ruining Mainline IPOs with FV Rs.1/- of shares, this Dharni also started ruining SME IPOs with FV Rs.1/-, so it means if they given FV Rs. 10, it's IPO price would be Rs.200!

LM is new. No track record. They must have advised it. But the issue will get response after recent listing gain by not much subscribed IPOs.

so many forum members mentioned negative points of this ipo

i noticed some positive points of this ipo(this is not recommendation to applying in this ipo)

1)good promoter holding after listing
2)promoters knows business very well
3)promoter highly educated, one of promoter studied in IIM
4)profit increasing year on year(manipulated or real profit ,i don't know)
5)many members pointed negative point regarding aum,but they just not doing business of mutualfund, they are doing other business also..real estate commission
6)they will invest ipo money new subsidiary, so promoters expanding there business
7)END MOST IMPORTANT NO NEW MEMBERS TO PROMOTE THIS IPO😃😃

this is my observation, i don't recommend any one to apply in this ipo,do ur own research,

even i still not decide to apply in this ipo...

Price is on higher side but capital market is doing good business now a days... any idea on the present GMP? Getting allotment in Aristo will be difficult... moreover it is being managed by Link Intime... I have very little faith in its integrity. So I may go with Dharni if more than 10%GMP sustains.

Admin chittorgarh...you are shoeing people of 5.5 approx on first page, where as actual pe after issue is 35 it misleading. Pl correct the pe rate.

1)See their revenue is 19.87 in 2020 and suddenly increased to more than 20 times in 2021 and in 2022 it is 1469.

4)Ek normal individual bhi franchisee le sakta hai . MF service provider or agent.

Waste of money ...Super Avoid for me

Registered office is on lease for only two years. No insurance coverage. 👎👎👎👎

Based on that 5 PE on old earnings, it should ask a premium of maximum 4rs. I think real value of this IPO should not be more than 5rs (Higher side)

Again I am not expert but I will avoid.

Ahmedabad me every commercial building has 1-2 better companies than this… 😀

Same feeling here specially on valuation and last HY financial. Let's see what big bulls like MRavi, Anant Agg, Noorul and Lokesh foresee this.
