Is there any timeline for SME company to post results after listing ?
Aatmaj healthcare has not posted its last year results, so i am asking.

Sold my lots in pre-open... Should have waited ..but I was not expecting rally above GMP .. .. kis kisne hold Kiya hua hai... ??? Buy krlu phir 940 pe hai...

I'm still holding the alloted lot. Will wait for Monday.

Some expert please explain this phenomenon.
Right from the beginning this IPO was supposed to be expensive, nothing left on the table and OFS.
It was risky , liable to open in negative . Even the GMP was 130/- making it 870/- .Till 9:15 likely opening rate was 850/- .
Suddenly, at 10:00 everyone became bullish , good management , not to be sold ,good company, may purchase at 850/- , likely to reach 1200 -1400/-., and long term bet.
Please explain this transformation.
Has some news come , which I missed?

OFS doesn't make any IPO bad, if company has sufficient cash then why would anyone dilute their stake if they see growth potential in the company and IPO was brought to give exit to one of institution investor and get benefits of listing.
In terms of valuation it was never expensive but it was fairly valued ~30-35 PE which is reasonable and in line with peers.

@Kiaan Generally when there is 100% OFS, investors are worried. Yes, a positive point that the promoters have not sold their equity. Still pricing was looking high. In such a lower market, the listing on higher side than expected is great. Even after listing, the price again gone higher. Bit unexpected for me.
Right from the beginning the many members were negative but on closing day positivity was definitely there and IPOwas closed better.
In our forum, we call comments where as in Cricket it is commentary. Before playing and after playing a ball comments are always different. One can understand only after playing the ball can come to know the mistakes and improve thereafter. It happens always.
In Share Market nothing is certain and exact predictions are not possible. Comments before listing was correct and after listing is also correct. Comments are comments. My way of thinking. You or others may differ. What was your phenomenon? If possible, please share.
Take your own decision if not convinced.

Congratulations who showed faith and courage to apply in this IPO. Where there is good business, reasonable valuation, solid institutional demand and pessimism by retail investors those IPOs don't disappoint and CONCORD is one of them.

Selling early is not always a good decision but it's a correct decision as per risk appetite of an individual.

Price of anything is function of demand and supply and it was evident that demand is here. Those with good risk appetite can atleast wait till end of the day and may book profit next trading day by seeing bulk deals and it looks there might be few bulk deals here.

It may go down as well so it's your personal decision and always remember nobody can execute at low or high so take decision as per your risk appetite.
