I want to know my demat account is as per my name
and I am applying all IPOs from another bank account with
different name. Will this affect in allotment ?

Yes from december 1, as of now some bank's already not allowing 3rd party application
But from december 1 it's mandatory

If it's ur no issues
Even mine demate name and bank are different
That doesn't matter (called kfintech and confirmed twice for same )

May be expert know about SME.
but my advice not to go for Motilal (high brokerage charges compared to competitors)

​@Kumat, based on current subscription (Retail-62.51 & NII-26.35) it's better  to apply in NII. But I think things will change in between 2 to 3. So if you can wait to apply till that then please wait and then apply around 2:30 by seeing the latest subscription. If NII is simply greater then Retail then just go for 2 Retail applications else 1 NII.

Applied in Retail Category in the two accounts after seeing the mood of the investors and experienced gurus.

Can anyone pls guide if Zerodha allows premarket sell for any allotted SME IPO shares?

Kotak allows mainboard IPOs to sell in preopen without any problem, but for SME IPOs, it's erratic. Many times, it keeps SME shares in suspended mode. Zerodha works fine with both SME & mainboard.

How many lots should one apply in Hni category for allotement.
For ex, if hni cat is oversubscribed by 150 lots, are there chances of getting allote if we apply 10 lots?

HNI subs 150x & you file 10 lots
It's just a chance, not a guarantee.
According SunGarner BoA- every investor who applied 79+ lots got 1 lot (HNI subs 110x)

For 10 lots applications, 1 out of every 15 applicants will get 1 lot allotment for 150x subscription.

Infinium pharma listed on NSE SME platform in the month of April 2023 & ipo price @135 & got listed @145.

In just 5 months company issued bonus share in the ratio of 1:1 today. Today stock is trading @259 after bonus issue. Just calculate the% return in this stock. Great Management & great stock with investors friendly attitude.

How to apply SME IPO in HNI Category. How many lots (2,3,4,5...... etc) are required to apply in SME IPO for better probability get one lot in SME IPO ???

It is proportionate allotment in SMEs in HNI:-

In book building IPOs, u need to apply no of times the issue has been subscribed in HNI category for 1 confirmed lot and u apply more than it is proportionate allotment. If it is less than that then it goes for lottery.

In Fixed price IPOs, u need to apply the average of Retail*HNI subscription to get 1 confirmed lot. If it is less than that then it goes for lottery.

It's considered third party application. It may be rejected. From December, it'll be 100% rejected.
