But........ Few - -

1. No QIB reservations.
2. Comparatively big size issue
3. Market Maker's performance is very poor. All these points may repeat Spectrum Talent which made all retailers Talentless 🤪🤓😎😛😝😜🥲😅😂

i am not going to apply.

Had gone through RHP (my first sme ipo RHP). I found it impressive with financials better for an EPC competing with Mainline. Also no litigations at all. Good order book though 99% revenue from top 5 clients and single customer giving ~54% revenue. Experts advice if anything else I missed out in seeing. Your insight would be helpful for me to learn more.

Large Size issue, will definitely sail through in this kaal (time)- however would be difficult to manage. Given very high float, may apply for only for long. Not repeating other risk factors mentioned by CG members.

Correct. But this not like zeal due good subscription. matches with yasens spectrum and aatmaj in terms of GMP/PE/Subscription.

Solar buisness looks like mobile buisness of spectrum no relation with core field.

​@RAMU In grey market everything (deals) goes on "words" (trust) .. No paper work / gaurantee in grey market. Likewise happened in Reliance Power in grey in the past .. many had cancelled the deals in grey, dint paid the amount, dint took delivery .. hands up .. out of grey deal .. 🤣
