Record date is : 23rd Jan. So its of no use to buy now. Missed the golden opportunity guys, but many such are there in future, lets watch closely in this forum.

HNI - 15%

SH Quota Record Date - 23rd Jan 2024

If elligible for SH, you can bid any of below combinations

1. Retail + SH Retail
2. Retail + SH HNI
3. HNI + SH Retail

❌ HNI + SH HNI ❌ Not allowed, will be considered multiple bids and rejected.

If We have bought BLS shares yesterday(23 jan 24),shall we eligible to apply in SH category & shall we eligible to apply in both SH as well as Retail category??

​@SAJAL BHARGAVA  No you won't be eligible for SH quota as record date for eligible shareholder is 23-Jan, You should hold the shares in your demat by that date

No. Today was record date. So you should have purchased 1 day prior to record date.

International Shareholders Bidding in the BLS International Shareholders Reservation Portion above ₹200,000 can Bid
in the Net Issue for up to ₹200,000 (net of the Shareholders Discount), otherwise such Bids shall be treated as multiple
Bids. If a BLS International Shareholder is Bidding in the BLS International Shareholders Reservation Portion up to
₹200,000, application by such BLS International Shareholder in the Retail Portion or Non-Institutional Portion shall not
be treated as multiple Bids. Therefore, BLS International Shareholders bidding in the BLS International Shareholders
Reservation Portion (subject to the Bid Amount being up to ₹200,000) can also Bid under the Net Issue and such Bids
shall not be treated as multiple Bids

In TATA maximum limit was upto 2 lakhs in SH category.

Here you can apply BHNI also under SH category.

@Pakku  Shares bought on or before 20 Jan '24 will be credited to beneficiary account by 23 Jan '24, thus all investors who bought on or before 20 Jan are eligible
@Saney  Yes, you are correct but in Tata Tech IPO maximum bid allowed under shareholder quota was upto Rs 2 lakh only but here maximum allowed quantity is 23.03 lakh shares in single bid

SO whosoever has shares of BLS international by today is eligible in SH quota.

RHP filled date is 23/01/2024 so record date for sh quota will be 23 or one day before RHP filling?

on RHP date mentioned is 23-Jan-2024.

It means who bought on last saturday are eligible. Who bought today r not eligible.

Dear friends, only shareholders having shares on 23rd Jan 24 in their demat account will be eligible for shareholders quota. For your information

You will get most of the latest information regarding IPO.

Mostly the Record date for eligible share holders will be the day of filling RHP. If RHP filed today, you must have shares in your demat by today. even if shares bought today also won't be eligible for Shareholders category. Meanwhile we will also receive mail from BLS for the eligibility of our pan for Shareholders category.

The RHP has been filed and the record date is 20 January.

Dates confirmed 30 th January to 1 feb

Ipo open 30 jan to 1feb.
