Positive thing for this IPO
Mutual fund application for this IPO is more then 6 Crore application for the reserved QIB section of 5.60 crore.
I always see a potential whenever MUTUAL FUND is applying for share as they are the most intelligent investor.
I have applied for 2 lots from different accounts and keeping fingers crossed.

1 out of 7 shares applied. So if you have applied for Rs 105,000 then you will Invit worth Rs 15,000 certainly without lottery

Nothing exciting here. IRB InvIT debuted at 102 giving 2% gains in 2017 but now languishing at 64 levels. I'm a VIP toll pass holder of IRB and I think it's one of the best road maintenance contractors in Mumbai but still decided to skip it then. Bharat Highways looks weaker. Powergrid InvIT in 2021 also debuted similarly and now has gained over 25% its IPO price. I have not calculated the yields from these 2 peers as I don't intend to use them as passive income instruments.
Still, will apply 1 lot of 15K to experiment. Thanks.
* Accidentally checked the cutoff box while applying, so the UPI mandate never came and the application was auto-cancelled. It was 4.50 PM by the time I realized and then there was no hope. No applications.
@Crow sir , where to start deep learning of mutual funds and investment in forex.... if you shed some light on it...

@Manan Surana, Freefincal website and r/IndiaInvestments on Reddit are two resources I swear by at a personal level for fundamentals. I also read ET Wealth, Value Research Insights, Mint, and The Ken (paid). No idea about forex unfortunately.
How do I cancel my application? Just for the trial, I ended-up applying for 15K amount in HNI category via ICICI ASBA. It gave me an option to revise bid, which I tried once. The new bid got rejected and the old bid is still active. Any option to cancel this application? Shall I add another application via Fyers using a different UPI not belonging to PAN card holder so that it is considered as duplicate application & both are rejected?
I would be very surprised if this lists at a premium and, if it does, I would be shocked if the premium is still sustained a month from listing. I personally don't like high-dividend investments and wouldn't recommend them unless one is in a zero/low tax bracket, but if one must invest in a InvIT, why not buy IRB InvIT from the secondary market instead ?
I don't think it is appropriate to compare this to FD, just because it pays out a high coupon. Unlike FDs, there is no capital protection in InvITs.
I never ever missed any of Retit and Invit but missing this due to decreasing revenues / profits . There will be more disruptions on roads/ tolls due to election period and hence further dent to such scheme. Avoiding
@Rakcyt Good proposition is to buy post lisitng, if goes to discount, or at flat listing and keep until the interest rates decline so as to achieve stock appreciation
@MuStrFc You rightly predicted that listing may not be encouraging and hence may give better entry point . Appreciated your insight that decline in interest will give an edge to this as buying opps. Can't agree more on this 👍.
