My Refund notice read that the refund would be credited by 02/01/08 in my account by ECS. It HAS NOT. In such a situation where the company BGR/INTIME is holding the money back, will they provide a INTEREST for the DELAY. If yes I feel interest should be atleast 35% annual the rate that many Credit bureau's and Credit cards charge.

please donot apply in any ipo where registrar is INTIMESPECTRUM.
I recd Allotment advice cum ECS credit intimation from BGR where name was printed as Ekta Kapoor istead of Ekta Verma.As such my
banker refused to credit the money in my bank a/c.The shares are also not credited to my d-mat a/c.As such I sent intimation to regisrar by mai, registered letter and fax but no action. I going through the site Dalal Street Biz under the caption " How to get refund from IPO" which clearly mentions that generaly refund problem comes from Intimespectrum and cautious Corporates not to appoint intimespectrum as registrar

But i have not received the refund amount till date.

I have tried to call at your various numbers but no response was there.

For HDFC Demat the refund amount will be sent through cheque or it will be credited to the HDFC Savings A/C

Can somebody help

What should we can do right now? Buy or sell....

I appllied thru reliance money for IPO of BGR and TRIL, although i received the advise note which mention that the refund shall be paid by 02-01-08 in the Axis bank account, but till date no refund received, i also emailed so many times to intime heldpdesk but they dont reply, WHATS TO DO WITH SUCH A WORST REGISTRAR I THINK WE SHOULD FILE A COMPLINA WITH SEBI BUT STILL DOUBTFULL IF SEBI WILL DO ANYTHIN.

The refund is not coming from BGR. There is no information from BGR telling the date when the refund will be credited. Its 2 weeks from the refund order printing date of 26/12, however money can't be seen with the actual owners. Now it seems that BGR price rigging is being done using the money of the LOSING IPO BIDDERS. This is in sheer violation of ethics and conduct. SEBI needs to take a STERN action against BGR who is not refunding money of IPO bidders. SEBI please show that you not only watch but ACT also to bring the DEFAULTERS like BGR on track.

I have applied in BGR Energy Systems. But I was not so lucky to get allotment.
Usually every time I get refund through ECS.
But In this case, till now I didn't get refund amount in my a/c.

So kindly look in to this matter, and please let me know when I will get refund amount in my a/c.

Will the refund amount will be credited to savings a/c which i issued the cheque or it will credited to savings a/c where my demat is linked.

But still my BGR amount is refunded
